How do I restore purchases? I got a new phone lost all my game progress which is fine. Sometimes I like to start over but I was add free and I can’t find a way to restore previous purchases! I also can’t find any contact for the developer.

They haven’t updated this game in a month if I don’t see it’s updated every week or few weeks that game is trash that’s how I feel
Ok, but seems slow
First of all, this game is EXACTLY like so many other games out there, but with sheep instead of lumber or fruit or any number of other things. Otherwise it’s the exact same thing with forklift drivers that fall asleep, 3 orders to choose from where one is marked as best value, etc., etc. It really is amazing to me just how many games there are that are nearly identical to this one.
That said, this game, just like all the others like it, is kinda fun. My biggest issue with this one is that is starts off really slow, and I can only imagine how much slower it must get. Within the first few tasks you’ll run out of money and have to wait, fulfilling multiple orders to try to build up enough money to get anything done.
Almost every button on the interface leads to something where you can spend real money, which gets annoying. I understand they want to make money, but don’t they also want to make an entertaining game? Or is only about the money?

Wool Factory Tycoon
the game doesent load and has trouble booting up ive tried everything to get it to work reinstalling it turning my device on and of even waiting for over 10 minutes for it to load up properly nothing helps i hope these people can fix this problem
App support will not open
I have been playing this game for awhile now and love it. The only problem is I can’t get past South Dakota and now my weekday, weekend parties have recently started messing up. The parties don’t give you enough chest to level up your machines and making it difficult to meet goals.

Great game, weird bugs especially with paid features
Have really been enjoying this game, but I paid for premium pass and it suddenly disappeared before the countdown was up. No clear way to report an issue through the game and I’m really frustrated to have lost all the value I paid for.
