Game is Stuck/There’s a Glitch

This had been my most favorite game until I got to #67 where there is a glitch in the game to prevent me from moving forward. There is a green tile that cannot be played/is not playable. So I am stuck and can no longer play the game, which is so disappointing. I tried using your tech support, but that wasn’t working either. I even paid to get rid of ads. Can you all help me?
