You’re Woolies and you have all by the balls with your prices and owning of the system so just make it user friendly stop pushing products in searcher system changed and tried pushing non related products. Seriously if I’m going to swap to Cole’s this week

Takes forever to load
Old app was fine - ios26 updated and now it takes forever to load or it freezes - by the time it loads I have finished shopping. I have deleted and reinstalled still with same freezing slow loading issue.

Latest updates ruined app
Saved lists never update, that’s if you can get past the constant loading circle that just goes around forever before anything loads. To update the prices, you HAVE to press on each individual item in the list to see if on special or not, but even after that, when you go back to the full list, the price still shows the old one. Extremely frustrating. What’s the point of a list if it’s outdated…..and when your list of products is over 300 it’s just so tedious that I’ve stopped shopping at Woolies until this gets fixed!

Slow to load
Family has four iPhone 13 pros and all of them running the latest Woolworths app and takes up to three minutes to load followed by another 2 minutes to load the list. Was fine last year prior to iOS 26. Coles app no issues runs super fast. Looks like the Woolworths developers are not able to code properly for the iOS 26 and all its incremental updates. If the Cole’s developers can do it surely the Woolworths developer can also do it.

Do not trust delivery times
I’ve lost a days wage due to my delivery being 2 hrs late and still no info on a delivery time. Trapped at home waiting. Was told by the AI app that if I’m not home to accept the order I’ll have to pay a further $25 for a new delivery and I’ll have to pay for any food that’s spoiled. A $185 shop while trying to make some savings has turned into a $500 shop after losing wages and having to pay for redelivery myself. Nice to see this billion dollar company has my back. We are all just numbers to them. Will never use this service again.

More support for Aust made and owned
I have noticed that the Woolworths own brands, with many fully imported, is competing against Aussie owned and made. This appears to be contradictory to your advertising campaigns. I now go to Aldi for dish and laundry detergents, tooth paste and a number of other lines that are Aussie producers. It’s sad that I have to support a foreign owned chain to support our Aussie producers.

Fantastic service
I have had to get all my groceries delivered due to having shoulder surgery. Woolworths are so good , all the drivers are very helpful and pleasant. I don’t know if I will ever go back to shopping in person.
Dark mode, please!!!
The app works fine in a functional sense, minus the ‘fun’ (in functional).

New Snap & Shop feature is close but needs some work
The handwritten list was accurately converted to text. The problem was the AI product recommendations were terrible. It was recommending things I have never bought but NOT recommending items I buy every week! PLEASE make the AI look at the actual historical purchases and select based on frequency otherwise this feature is useless

Item mysteriously get removed from my shopping list
I am constantly finding that as I shop in a store items from my shopping list mysteriously disappear. First I thought I must have been accidentally checking them off. But know I know that they just disappear for know reasons. So now I have save screenshots from the app to do my shopping.
