One of the worst apps I’ve encountered
This app is slow, clunky and very frustrating to use. Tried multiple times to log in. It would not send a code to my phone or email. I gave up in the end. I’ll stick with Coles which is so much easier to use
Hard to filter out marketplace items
They’ve made it very hard to filter out marketplace items. Most competitors have a toggle and this app used to have one but it’s been removed.
Resolution
The app could improve the resolution for tablets, iPads, etc…

Can’t log in
It won’t let me login. I tap sms and I get nothing. I tap phone and I get nothing. I even changed my password and I got the email for that.
I don’t have time for this. I’m really sick and want some groceries delivered desperately but that isn’t happening.

Please fix the watchlist
Almost everytime I go into my watchlist, it says there is an error and the specials from the previous week are listed, not current ones. It comes up with “something went wrong. Please try again later.” And later it never works…..
It works fine on my iPad but not on my iPhone. I have my phone with me so much more and do most of my shopping from my phone. Can you please fix it? And logging out and back in just makes it worse because it literally takes days to reload my watchlist…
Addit - I’ve contacted support multiple times because it keeps happening. With little help because it keeps happening. I shouldn’t have to uninstall, reinstall, log out, log in, clear the cache EVERY WEEK OR 2. It keeps happening! Fix it!

I’ve been ordering online for quite some time, and my last two orders were left in public places without the driver trying to contact me or hand them to me directly. It’s extremely frustrating to order something online and not know where it will be left, even though I specified all relevant delivery instructions.

Order not leaving screen
An order that I placed has not left my screen. This order was canceled by Woolworths because the delivery driver delivered it to the wrong address and because of that, it was never delivered and now it says it is on its way and it won’t leave my Woolworths page. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and that didn’t work. I also called them and they didn’t do anything.

Stopped working
Have deleted, reinstalled, cleaned cache and app and rewards app both keep saying server error. I reported this last time and did everything i have been told and not working. When i googled about this it appears lots of people are having this issue. I had to actually log into the site to order which is not ideal. Have been having this issue since you started changing things on your site. Not happy and its why i am not ordering much and going to coles. Sadly noone emaiks me or fixes this which will result in your loss.

This app has gotten worse and worse. It's full of ads and can't filter out the stupid marketplace products. I just want to see what is in my store so I can order direct to boot.

Watchlist Disabled
The watchlist has become inactive. Pressing on it does nothing and it does not take you anywhere. I would really appreciate it if you could fix this as soon as possible.

So unprofessional. Whoever designed this should be ashamed of themselves. Take your business elsewhere. To someone who respects their customers.
App doesn’t work on latest iPad
Useless on an iPad. Appears in a mobile phone style view. Keyboard doesn’t come up on the log in screen so cant log in. Coles app is way more user friendly.
