garbage company
I booked the hotel one week earlier, when the day came, they came to tell me that there is a problem with the system and they can't provide me a hotel room, then the customer service said that the payment will be refunded in full in 3 to 5 working days, but now in the 10th working day, the payment has not been refunded, I reacted to the customer service and asked them to follow up, and the direct route has been read out and not returned, and the things that they told me were not followed, they didn't apologize, and they did not do anything after they collected the money, and I don't know when they can carry it back, so I will not pick up again. The company has no efficiency and no commitment, I will not choose any more garbage company.

I give up to use the App! Such a poor user experience and unsatisfactory booking of hotel rooms. Just when you confirm your payment, the response is „no slots available“ - even checked several alternative dates, hotels.. at the end, the advertised rooms are not bookable.. customers service is not responding and other technical issues - leads to this feedback!
