Needs to function better
This app needs to be able to allows you to move a prospect through your pipeline if they get stuck. I keep having to go to my desktop.
Buggy
App is okay, but lots of glitches and very buggy. Had to delete and reinstall because I could not log back in.
Not what was advertised
The white glove feature totally failed us. Our group was paying for platinum and only received services for gold. Not worth the investment or the headache.
Complete Game Changer
Before using this platform it was a complete mess trying to keep up with my clients leads that were coming in and making sure they were being followed up with correctly. Since implementing this software, we are seeing a 70% response rate on average and have been setting way more appointments. Highly recommended.
