Don’t wast your time with this camera
This is a bad camera don’t wast your money on this I had it for a few months and it don’t work unless you have a sd card already and it turns off at random times had to get a whole new camera from a different brand just to see how my pets are doing not happy with this brand at all
Micro chip
Unable to get my recording on micro chip. Keeps asking me to pay? Also recently Im unable to hold connection to camera. Either it connects then drops or doesn’t connect at all. Please do update, the device is really cool when it works.

I don’t recall ever downloading this app as I’ve never heard of it. How did it get on my iPhone? Did Apple add this with the latest software upgrade?

Not working
Dam camera keeps going offline. I always reset it for it to work and after a while it’s stops working. Might need to buy another brand cuz I’m tired of it.

Useless security system
Recently bought two security system bundles, one for garage, and one for the house, and they stated they required this app to work…. I got this app, and they don’t work…. I have literally spent days trying every different configurations and every different method possible to connect this Zigby gateway and it will do absolutely nothing…. Not sure who’s at fault as far as the company who makes the system or the ones who have the app, but considering one requires the other, and they don’t work I consider them both at fault….. so here I am with two security systems that will probably become paperweights because from what I have read, there is no customer service and just about everybody is having same problems…. But hey, someone’s getting rich off of us blowing money on useless products, so that makes it OK in their eyes right?

So frustrating!
I just bought an alarm system and the booklet says this app is required. I follow all of the instructions to a T and it just will not connect to the zigbee hub. It just keeps trying to connect to my neighbors devices overriding any other options. There is also no adequate customer service to get ahold of. I’m about to just return the whole thing 🤨🤬

It is great when it works. If it goes offline it takes forever to reconnect. And there’s no way to logon and off.
Needs an update.
After release of iOS 16.2 (on iPhone SE 2020) the transition from upright phone video to full screen stop’s displaying the controls or gets stuck in full screen..

Camera showing video upside down and now it never wants to connect when using app the only thing that works well is when you actually ring the door bell.

Good quality of image and sound but it gets disconnected itself for no reason.
This app is very buggy
I installed the app and started going through the features and menus, all of a sudden the view changed?? and then the menus weren’t available anymore., then the bottom menu kept disappearing and reappearing?? so I tried deleting the app and the app disappeared from the phone?? when I went to reinstall it it acts like it’s still in the phone?? Then I found the app inside a package of wickets?? I don’t like email customer support it’s just too much back-and-forth and not understanding each other. Going to try to figure out how to delete everything and my account and I’m gonna return this cam.

I purchased the Venz smart home kit, with all in one hub, sensors and cameras, it’s Alexa built in and easy setup, integrates easily with my Samsung TV and Sony DVD player. I can check my cameras at any time, they are so clear, even the night vision. You don’t pay for more money.
Needs an update
Had this app about a week and at first I would get alerts for motion detection, since then I haven’t got a single notification or alert I have double checked settings and even rest the camera still not getting notifications
