iOSバージョンアップから使用できなくなった場合、
QRコード作成アプリでネットワーク名、セキュリティ、パスワードを入力したWi-FiのQRコードを作り
それをQRコードを読み込ませる工程で使用してみたら無事接続できました。

iOS12以降使えなくなる問題の解決法発見
私もiPhone6(iOS12)では使えてましたが新しいiPhoneにしてから使えなくなってました。
新規デバイス登録でWi-Fiの設定まで行くと今までは家のルーター名が出ていたのが「Wi-Fi」とだけ表示されて二次元バーコードで読み取って接続してもできないという現象です。(皆さんも同じ現象ではないでしょうか？)
解決法: 本機をペアリングモードにして今使っているiPhone(iOS15.6など)でアプリのデバイス登録をしてWi-Fiの所は無視して「次へ」を押し2次元バーコードが出ている状態で待機します。
次に今まで使えていたiPhoneがある方(iOS12)はそちらでアプリの新規デバイス登録をして今まで通り2.4GhzのWi-Fiに接続した状態でWi-Fi設定でそのルーターのパスワードを入力して2次元バーコードを生成します。
今まで使えていたiPhoneで作られた2次元バーコードを本機に読みとらせ「ビー！」と音が鳴ったら現在使っているiPhoneのアプリの「次へ」を押して本機とWi-Fi接続をさせて下さい。そうすると使えるようになります。
※2次元バーコードを解析した所、中身は「ルーター名とパスワード」が入っているだけだったのでこのやり方で解決できました。

Not updated
The app doesn’t seem to support newer versions of iOS. Not sure why the developers can’t seem to update the app so that it can continue to be used with the device. I am now having to purchase a new and different device because this app no longer works with the feeder.

問い合わせをしたらアプリ更新無しとのこと
重宝していたのですが、ルーター交換と共に接続されなくなりました。
アプリとiOSバージョンが合っていないようで、WiFi設定時にID入力が出来ないです。
問い合わせをしたところ、アプリ更新予定が無いと言うお返事。
残念です。

Same problem doesn’t pair after 2 years .... do you have a solution I am on 2,4 GHz...

We’ve been using it for about 2 years with no problems. All of a sudden it disconnected and won’t re-pair. Unless we can get an update to get it to pair it’s now useless to us and we won’t bother with a new one if it’s going to be made obsolete. For now it will just be a timed feeder and we’ll set up a web cam.

Not compatible with iOS
Since an iOS update a few months ago, it’s not possible anymore to sync the feeder with the phone.

Der QR-Code der aus WLAN-Name und Passwort erzeugt wird stimmt nicht, die App bekommt wohl vom System den WLAN-Name nicht übertragen, somit ist auch der QR-Inhalt falsch was dann zur Folge hat dass das Gerät das Netzwerk findet.

繋がりません
光に変えて接続し直しましたが何度やってもペアリングできませんでした。自動給餌できないのでただの容れ物と化してます。多分対応は永久にされないと思うので他のもの探します。
Verbinden mit App nicht mehr möglich
Bisher waren wir sehr zufrieden mit diesem Gerät. Es hat alles gut funktioniert. Leider ist das Verbinden mit dem Gerät und der App unter iOS nicht mehr möglich. Ein Update auf die aktuelle IOS-Version wäre wünschenswert, da das Gerät immerhin 150 Euro gekostet hat und nun die Funktionen, welche uns zum Kauf bewegt haben, nicht mehr funktionieren.
Mit Sicherheit geht es anderen Nutzern ebenfalls so. Daher noch einmal unsere Bitte, die App auf die aktuelle Version upzudaten.

It worked in the past. With iOS 13 it no longer works.
It worked for a long time. With iOS 13 it no longer works. The feeder will say that it paired, but the iPad will not. Because of this, the WiFi and camera and timed feeding do not work with the WOPET. You can only use the button on the machine.
Updated 2019 and 2020, still doesn’t work. Do not buy this device/software.

Doesn’t Pair
I bought two of these feeders over a year ago. They were difficult to pair then but managed to get it working. I have a new phone now and I’m trying to pair them again. Doesn’t work. I’m on 2.4G, going through the steps. The feeder dings, indicating it’s been paired, but the app itself never connects to the feeder. It’s been over a year and they haven’t upgraded the app to be useful. Do not purchase this feeder. It’s garbage.

The app couldn’t work at all ! Contact the customer service and they just said they are sorry! Well, don’t be, just fix it, solve the problem !
So inconvenient and complex
This app is truly a piece of garbage. While it is the only app you can use to connect their wopet brand “smart” feeder, good luck trying to connect it causing it will costs you forever to pair and yet another failure. I don’t understand why this app is allowed to be put online another time. My feeder was a total disaster and I have to retire it after 4 months of manual feed as I don’t have connection.
