Good but not always great
Most of the time the app is really good, but occasionally it fails and double books outward journeys instead of returns

I’m really impressed with the wonderful service provide! The driver was super friendly and arrived right on time at the pick-up spot. It’s such a relief knowing my daughter doesn’t have to trek for an hour to school. Thank you so much!
First timer!
Wasn’t quite sure how it all worked, got the pick up and drop off locations sorted on the map. Had text messages ping through with exact pick up location which was really convenient, and an interactive map, the pick up time kept changing, I did hang around a long time unsure how accurate the times were, I will know next time!

Why don’t you go into Malvern. We are visiting the local campsite which doesn’t seem to have a good bus service. Reception recommended you for my trip into town to watch the rugby. Down loaded the app and Malvern is out of the zone. Well. Tell everyone before they go to all that bother. Back to the drawing board …

Unintuitive
I’m quite used to using apps and software in general but the WoD app is not at all intuitive and I struggle to get it to do what I want - even though I know it can. Booking an advance trip is very difficult to navigate in the app. In my opinion it needs a lot of improvement. I consider myself to be app/software enabled but I dread trying to book a journey in the WoD app. I would go as far as to say that it would be impossible for a pensioner to use it to book a journey in the. The service is fantastic but the app is not unfortunately.

Not quite sure if you can book a rough time for a pick up ?
Can’t delete personal information
I had to sign up to this app, with all my personal details, so that i could discover that it doesn’t cover the area that I live in. I then tried to delete the account so that my personal details weren’t being held. Almost two weeks later it is apparently still ‘trying’. The App Support sends you to the WCC Web site and there is no sign of any app support there either. Extremely poor

Fantastic service
1st time using BOD bus service absolutely amazing. We need more of this. Hope we can get more funding for people to utilise this service.

Bromsgrove train station is so out of the way and this bus will allow my sons to come to visit us by train, with the bus available for the final leg instead of an expensive Uber. Great!
