This is the worst app I've purchased. I've tried "several " times to apply it and it doesn't work. After several tries tonight and it still not working I hit restore, thinking it would mean refresh the app. Nope I was charged again for an app that never worked.
I'm very disappointed with this product.

Absolutely amazing.
I would rate this a ten out of five if that was an option. So many choices. I now have a special album on my phone dedicated to dozens of wallpapers that I am determined to work my way through. Definitely suggest.
