Bad support
This game stopped working for most people. Screen is foggy and can’t get to anything except chat. Contacted clipwire a million times. Still not fixed. Don’t think it’s ever gonna get fixed. Save your sanity and steer clear of anything clipwire
Keeps freezing!!
Look at your reviews. Why aren't you doing something about the constant problems?!!! Think I'll delete and try a different game even though I love playing. Freezing all the time!! Goodbye. We've all waited far too long!!!

Freezing problems not addressed
My fellow players and I have been yelling at the top of our lungs! “Fix the game”. You’ll be in the middle of the game and it will freeze. Nothing you can do but the worst of it is it then removes points from your hand as if you surrendered. If there was no freezing problem this game would get 5 stars from me but the administrator doesn’t seem to care to fix it.

Ruined Game
This was my favorite word game until the supposed update to improve the game. I have contacted support, but no response. None of my teammates have gotten a response either. I’m trying to ‘hang in there’ in hopes the many new glitches will be corrected, but it isn’t much fun to play right now.
Glitches
Best game ever until 5 days ago. No videos which not only can we not use to work the game properly, but you were getting no revenue from showing videos from your supporters. I’ve sent several support request to get this fixed over the last five or six days with no reply. All of the teams, and there are lots of them, are very upset over this! If you’re going to have a support system, you should keep it fixed. You can enjoy the game when the game doesn’t work! Once this is fixed I’ll be glad to write this five star, but till then I wouldn’t recommend it not till it’s fixed!

Addictive Game but lots of bugs
This game is super fun and addicting. But there’s bugs. The main board fails to load and you have to refresh the game many times to get it. I purchased the ad free for $4.99 and I still have ads. There’s way too many ads which makes it annoying to wait.

Cons: Too many ads. I have lost soooo many points due to crashes. I contacted the developers soooo many times. They either ignore my emails or claim they will get back to me. I've complained so many times about crashes etc you would think they would get tired of hearing from me. I guess not though!!!!!!!!! This game owes me a lot of points!!!!!!!!!

Clipwire had potential and screwed everyone over.
Unresponsive Support
Had a failed in app purchase. I have been waiting for a response for over a week. I requested a response 4 times since but no luck. All they did was deactivate my in app purchases. It’s a great game but if you have an issue, you are ignored and left out of competitive play.
