Why can’t I connect to Facebook or update game to get the daily quests?

Needs new update
I love this game it’s super fun and so addictive. The only thing I don’t like about this game is that I can’t do the daily challenges. When I press on it, it says I need to update it but not doesn’t let me.

A fun game, but I can no longer play the daily challenge. App says update, but nothing happens when I click the update button. No option in the App Store to update either.

I did love this game until it stop working properly. For the last couple of months, It will not let me do the daily challenges. It says to update but there is no update in the App Store for it. I’ve sent 3 emails regarding this issue and I never get a response. Also within the last couple of weeks it won’t let me connect to Facebook either.

Frustrated.
No replies from support. Haven’t been able to play daily challenge since Jan 1. Making it more and more difficult to earn coins. Want you to purchase them now. Just going to delete this app. Too bad- I was really enjoying it.

Update Issue
I love the puzzle... however, I cannot play the daily challenge because it tells me to update in the store. There is an update button but it does nothing. In the App Store, it just says “open.” I can still okay the game but I no longer play the daily challenge, frozen... not happy!

I used to love this game but recently I haven’t been able to do the daily challenge because it says I need to update the game. I haven’t seen any recent update to this app so now my month spent trying to get the big daily challenge jackpot has been wasted

Great but
I am addicted. And I have a dictionary app next to it to learn new words, which I find very interesting. Not 5 stars because some ads ( the ones you have to watch to get coins and exchange for hints) get frozen on the screen after the ad has finished, and does not let you go back to the game ( billionaire casino is one of them). I go around it by turning my phone off and then on again, but it’ bothersome. I hope you can fix this. Thanks.

The daily challenge is supposed to reset monthly but does not making it pointless. Also the game, once played does not lock so the same puzzle can be played over and over to no point. I’ve sent multiple emails but have had no reply. Used to enjoy but am deleting. Waste of time.

I followed your advice and bought coins for a months worth of no ads. It didn’t work! Then it froze twice! Bye bye! Also, no plurals allowed? Are you kidding???????
Fun game but loads of errors
Apparently eat bat ate bet and loads of other words aren’t recognised! It doesn’t even put them as extra words - and these are just a few examples, there are so many words it doesn’t recognise for some reason - they really need to update their dictionary ! Other than this I do really enjoy the game - but it definitely needs improvement
