Big glitches
I used to really love this game and I still do if it would work. The big problem is on the weekend when they have the tournament, you can’t see your status—half the time you’re stuck in 12th place no matter how long you play. Sometimes you can see what place you’re actually in and you tap on it but it just spins and spins and spins. It takes away the fun if you can’t see your stats. Yes, I have restarted my device. Yes, I have deleted the game and reloaded it. Nothing fixes this bug. I cannot find a way to contact the developer about this 😡

Update: The scoreboard has been inaccessible for the past six hours. Absolutely unacceptable!

Tournament with bots?
Been playing this game for a long time. Like the tournaments. However, I was in first place with a lead of over 400. I go back in 20 min after the game is over to collect my winning points and I was in second place. There is NO WAY anyone can score over 400 points in 30 minutes. WTH?? my daughter always tells me I am playing against bots and now I believe her.

Fix the bugs!
Score shows 12th but won’t let you see yourself and competitors. It just spins. As others have said, the game was much better sometime back, but has progressively been getting less and less and less less challenging
Stuck in a loop with ads
I know you need adds but please choose once that don’t just go round and round and not letting you leaving them without closing the game down

Can’t make purchases
I loaded $on my iTunes account, which I have been using to purchase hints since downloading the game, but now I only get an error message. Don’t want to delete game and lose all my stats.
Redirects
App redirects to adware and malware sites. Can’t email creators from app to complain. Fun app but app hacks.
Are new puzzles ever coming???
Love the game but I completed all the available puzzles a year ago! It has been saying new puzzles coming soon since then and still no new puzzles!!! Are new puzzles coming or not?????

This word game used to be great. Now ads and fake updates for other apps have made it all but unplayable. So many other great word games to get. Avoid this one.

This is a word puzzle & you can’t even use correct English grammar! That’s very poor!! In the introduction to the game it describes it as addicting- the correct grammar would be its addictive! 😧
Content of ads
I’m very disappointed that you have allowed ads from games that make abuse of any creature seem normal or ok!! And especially disappointed with those that have mistreatment of humans or show them in terrible situations that can’t be remedied.
I’m talking about Solitaire Ocean, Solitaire 3D Fish, Solitaire Story & even the Royal Match game & spin offs.
I’m truly over these ads & having to look away from them. I have my sound turned off on the game too, but several ads do not respect that, including some of these.
Remember that one person writing about this is representative of how thousands of people feel.
I want to see these kinds of ads removed & my sound preference being honored!!

Better love ads, more ads time than play
I finally had to give up on this game. I like the game play. Each level takes about 20 seconds with some up to a minute. So after 20 seconds of game play you have 30-60 seconds of ads. To make it even worse, it is the same ad over and over. Yes I know I could subscribe to get rid of ads. I play other games with ads and I can clearly say no one else wastes 60% of your time on ads. Just knowing their thought process is so skewed prevents me from subscribing. One good work around is to turn off WiFi it stops most of the ads.
