Great no-frills app
Works just as advertised. was looking for a simple app to track my daily writing word count, and this fit the bill! No ads, no AI, no unnecessary features.

A Great App for Writers!
I do longform RP on Discord, which doesnโt tell you that youโve exceeded character limit until you have! This app lets me know how many characters I have in my post so I can break them up and format them nicely with the apps I use, which have a slightly different character limit than Discord. No stupid or excessive or annoying ads ads, no features locked behind a paywall, just a genuinely good app that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to keep track of their word and character count!

Overall a great app, but it counts hyphenated words as two words which is a problem.
Word Counter Is A Great App
I often use another app , on a social media platform , and am limited to 2000 characters per submission , but sometimes instead of writing , while logged onto the site , itโs good to be able to write these pieces on my own schedule , when I can think a little more clearly , and submit it when itโs most convenient , and knowing that it comes in at , or under the 2000 characters parameter ! The only thing that Iโd like to see , here as a possible improvement , would be to have a way to file thes submissions , on-site , to come back to later on , more easily , but I am happy with this convenience that I am already using !

Is counts as promises
I found this app useful for my creative writing as it does provide a word count as promised. Where I am disappointed is there is no copyright option as in a C with the circle around it. Also, this is not an app to be able to work on more than one project at one time or save/file your project when you begin another. These things would be useful. It may not be important to all people and was not promised, which is why I give four stars. It is a good app, but I think there could be a better one.

This app only counts the number of words and sentences typed. It doesnโt not count spaces or characters.
Simple in the best way!
I use this with projects Iโm working on with LLMs. It comes in handy when you need text condensed to a specific word count.

Inaccurate count
I downloaded this app as there was a character limit on LinkdIn. This app calculated I was within the limit but this was incorrect. I was still over the limit. Other apps I downloaded were promptly deleted because it was a free trial only with hidden future cost. Luckily the 4th app I came across was properly free, easy to use and most importantly, accurate (u like this one).
