I love this game, but using the rewards you get when you spend are not at all accessible. I have tons of rewards but no way to use them…. Help files not clear, not helpful.

Too hard
Was really enjoying this game, started out as a good game, but gets to Unwinnable levels. I have probably played this level about 50 times, the letters come down too slow to earn enough points to win the level and there’s nothing you can press to speed up the letters, you can freeze them but not speed them up. Not good. It’s very disappointing as I really love the game. Like others Will have to delete it due to the unwinnable levels…

Confusing
Love the concept but the different obstacles at every level is confusing. Also, not sure if I’m at the end of the game but after 50 levels you can’t go any further? There are no directions or instructions to help.

Enjoyable when I can play it. Have been playing for a year now and it always crashed. At least was semi playable until recently, now doesn’t even open. App and Apple support gave no solution. Not worth investing 👎🏻
I loved it when it opened
I bought this game and enjoyed it very much. Phone update and app update…now it doesn’t open at all. I have to wait a few seconds thinking it will open but it disappears and I’m back to Home Screen. I’d sure like my money back or tell me how to fix this issue.
No way to keep playing
The time allowed to play is too short. Why can’t we watch an ad like on Words With Friends & keep playing when we have time?

I really like this game but can’t believe the adventure levels stop at Level 50! I’ve done all of them with ⭐️⭐️⭐️Please can you add more levels??
Great potential
This games basic idea is awesome and super fun to play. However, the app crashes regularly when trying to open on an iPhone. There doesn’t seem to be any reward when you win a level so to play you end up buying lots of tokens and additional special feature times. You can earn free tokens but you have to wait 20 min for one token or you have to watch ads to earn a token (even if you’ve paid for a no add version), not great when most games are fairly short. much of the additional mechanics are unclear as it doesn’t cover more then a few basics on its help feature. The game mechanics need some more thought or they need to offer a better value in app purchase option. After having it for two weeks I’ve loved the game but find it bad value so will delete unless I see some improvements.

Not Enough Directions
The instructions don’t show you how to clear the grey tiles, what the numbers mean or how to use the tools. Waste a lot of time and tokens figuring it out!
Ads - too many too long
If you’re playing the Timed game, a 30-second ad every 2 minutes is way too much. Not playing again till that’s changed. It kills it.

I like it But POOR INSTRUCTIONS
Usually I don’t need instructions. But if you don’t have a key how the heck do you unlock the lock?? You can’t expect me to buy keys to play the game! If so then this game is extremely self limiting. If there is a way to unlock the lock without a key please advise and I will readjust my rating, as this has been my only hindrance which has stopped me from playing and advancing.
