Very Poor Customer Service
Have had issues with losing games I never played, not getting credit for all of my wins and a few other issues I contacted them about and never got any response. Like the game but not the developers.

Hello, Is your app having issues. This is the third time this has happened to me. I have rebooted my iPad and even tried reloading it. It is still not working. My name for the app is AllaboutLT. I really do not want to start all over again. I am already at a high level. Can you help me?

I’ve turned off sound but it comes back everytime an ad appears. Also, too many ads.

My favorite word game but..
You can’t play your friends LIVE only on a turn basis. The live component adds so much more excitement to the game and it would make this 20x better if you could play your friends LIVE like you can in the quick match option with random opponents
Broken?
Big fan of this game. However, over the past 48 hours, the app does not seem to load. Gets to the introduction screen then freezes. I’ve tried re-installing the app and still doesn’t work. Clicking on the support link takes you to the company webpage which does not load either. Unclear what is going on.

The app is fun and very easy to use. You can even customize it. It’s really easy to earn coins. The thing i like the most is that the ads are only 1-5 seconds!

App needs fixing
The fast play is fine, however I would like to be paired with an opponent who has selected the same point type L or F to play a fair game. I have also experienced issues when connecting with friends, I can play the first game out of three and when it’s my turn I get a blank page and have to exit out not allowing me to complete the 3 rounds. Please fix it! Other than that it’s fun and addicting.

Fix the Glitch
Love the concept of this game but I am unable to play with my selected friends. I receive a blank screen and I have to forfeit my turn. You really need to fix the game so that we can fully experience the concept. I am sure you have smart programmers on your team who can easily fix this and push this out in an update.

Would be great but...
Love the concept of this game, but when in challenge mode with a friend it often (more than not) won’t allow us to actually play our turn. Instead of giving us the letters to unscramble, it shows nothing and forces you into forfeiting your turn!

This is the funnest game I have played in a long time. If not careful though, you can be on it for hours. Very relaxing yet exciting 😊
