Great Scrabble Trainer
Challenging and fun puzzles. I feel like I learn something from each one I complete.
One drawback is the 2 minute time limit on every game. It’s good for finding good plays faster but I’d love to have an untimed time option, either a setting to toggle or an untimed puzzle category.
I’d also like the ability to stop ads. They’re a distraction for me and take me out of the zone. Ads also show up too fast to see the final results screen after each puzzle.

Ruined with ads
This app has been a favorite of mine for years. I have sat on airplanes and bragged that it could be played without Wi-Fi and no ads to boot. It was super fun. Then, they have recently added ads but they’re glitchy and after every segment. Used to be a 5, now giving it a 3 because it is just like everything else out there. Just charge a buck, everyone will buy it.

Would be a 5 if scoring worked
I’ve loved this game for a long time but it has started shutting down between levels and not recording score. It’s a shame because I used to love playing but now get annoyed.
Broken ads ruin a great game
I loved this app but more and more lately I have to force close after each game because it comes up with blank ads that don’t have a way to close. I report them and nothing changes. It’s extra frustrating on the classic because I can’t see my final score.
Too many ads need paid option
The game is fun but the ads ruin it. I would be glad to pay a one time fee to get rid of ads. Also, I am not in a hurry so I hate not having an option to turn the timer off or give more time.
Fun game - ads freeze game
Fun game and I don’t even care about the ads. But sometimes the ads freeze and you lose your progress. Very annoying.
Ads lock you out
This is a fun game but it has not been updated in four years. Thus, the ads are formatted for the current iOS and not iOS from four years ago. When you complete a level and are knocked to the ad, you get the black screen of death. Sometimes the game comes back with a few pounds, sometimes it comes back after a time, but frequently it’s just nothing. So annoying time after time. I tried contacting the developer but nothing available there.

More time wanted
I’m enjoying this but wish there were just a little more time. Even 30 seconds. Also could use a quick tutorial on how to use letters to maximize the score. The ads come on too quickly so you don’t always have a chance to see the explanation of your score. One second or less is not enough.
Was better
I have had this app for years, and I used to love it. Now that they added an advertisement between each round, I am not a fan. Wish there was an option to just buy it. I would pay a couple bucks for it to be advertising free.
I enjoy the game, but....
I enjoy the game, but I wish I didn’t have to deal with all of the ads. I’d pay to not have to deal with them. I also wish there was a way to reset all of the tile back to the starting position after they were placed on the board.

Can’t listen to music, no ad free version
I’m frustrated that you can’t listen to music or a podcast while playing, and that you can’t purchase an ad free version.

I especially like Daily Challenge. Wish there were more of those as well as the solution shown the next day. Especially fun because no time limit too

Great puzzles but essentially unplayable because of frequent crashes (iphone X, ios 14)
Love this game
Love this game. The only recommend is to allow a play option where the player can set their own time. Sometimes I just want to see how many different words I can come up with in a leisurely way.
To many ads and lockups
Love the game but is really frustrating that you finish a round and an ad pops up before you get your score and then you lose it all because it kicks you totally out of the game or the only way to get rid of an ad is to close the app. About ready to delete the entire game.

I LOVE these games, but the app I s SUPER glitchy and I keep having to delete it and re-download because it stops working and freezes. VERY annoying.
Seems to be run by kids
The daily puzzle answers are almost always video games! Like today was “Street Fighter”. I had “Final Fantasy” the other day. There was another I’ve forgotten but recognized as a game. Not very exciting to play. Is just okay. Simple.
Ads often break, killing progress
Generally enjoying this game, good solo Bananagrams-style fast-paced game. Graphics could be a lot more polished but what really sinks it is the ads: if you're doing the three-part classic puzzle, there's an ad after each round. Too often to count, the ad doesn't load and you have to force quit, usually losing your progress. You might be able to resume your game, you might not. And if it happens after the third round, you never find out how you did.
There doesn't seem to be a way to pay for the app and get rid of the ads. I would easily pay $5 to avoid this deal-breaking annoyance.
