Bad Support

I have tried to cancel my GT for weeks. Support is no help. When I go to play store subscriptions it tells me I have no subscriptions yet they continue to take my money weekly. I have recently been diagnosed with a serious eye disease and cannot play. I had to cancel my credit card to stop them. And they now have stopped answering my messages. Very very bad company
