4 stars for a 3 star app.
Not the greatest flag app out there but then again only one app can be. Captain obvious comment aside it's pretty run of the mill however one thing it does have that I haven't seen on other flag apps are large detailed images of the flags. So what would rate rate 3 stars gets 4.
