What’s happening?
The app is freezing & throwing me out. I’m using the up to date iOS for my iPad. I’ve offloaded the app then downloaded it & still no good. The “ support” option in the app is not working. I paid to get adverts removed & purchased in app credits so I don’t know if I uninstall & then reinstall if I will lose these? Help please?

An ad between every move? When I started there were no ads. I could even see an ad between games, but every move? I’m done!

What have you guys done to this game!! I used to sit and relax whilst playing this game now I have the constant fight throughout the Game to get off yet another add and return to play my next turn which is very frustrating I dont mind after each game but the increase in ads spoils enjoyment GET A GRIP GUYS!!

Feels bad to play
I liked WordWars so I thought I’d give this one a shot. This unfortunately just feels very unsatisfying to play matches, coming down to the fact that you will constantly be one or two letters short of perfectly filling a line (especially the longest letter word line) and are just at the mercy of shuffle to give you some good letters to work with… which typically it only makes it worse. I do not feel clever even if I do luck into good letters because I feel like I had to rely on random chance to get there, so it’s still not that satisfying. There is a modicum of strategy in which lane to go for, but it still feels too limiting when trying to fill the longest letter word lines.

KEEPS FREEZING
I play every day for about an hour and in the last month, the game keeps freezing, maybe four or 56 times in an hour. I have to close it and then start it again. It doesn’t even help to close all the other apps on my iPhone. This is getting really old.
Ads
It would be a fun game but it is nothing more than a bunch of ads. There’s ads at the beginning of a game. There’s ads in the middle of a round. There’s ads across the top of a level. This goes way above keeping the game “free.” This is nothing more than a money grab. Don’t waste your time.
Glitchy and too many ads
Don’t get me wrong — this game is fun. The graphics and sound effects are superb. There are three fatal flaws, however. 1.) The barrage of interrupting ads is horrendous. 2.) When ads run, the other player takes a turn and you cannot see their move. You can hear it. You can go back and see what they did, but that’s annoying. 3.) Worst of all and probably related, the app often shuts off in the middle of play or often right as you’re winning a round/match. The developers REALLY need to fix these glitches and cut back on ad interruptions. I’d play more and spend money on supplements helps, if the game were clean.

I really enjoy playing Word Roll , it’s fun trying to come up with random words keeps the mind sharp.
Best word game but…
I’m about to delete it again as it is freezing up again which is very frustrating. I’ve been playing this game a long time but it’s only been in the last few weeks that it freezes even though the app is up to date. It won’t shuffle, add letters, take away letters, nothing! Please fix this or I’ll have to find another best word game.

Game adverts freezes a lot
I like the game although not real opponents. Main issue is that the many adverts freeze too often….so you have to abandon play. Not great! Have sent issue to contact but so far…no improvement

I like the game, but some of the games will not work at all.

I do like this game but it is continuously freezing up to the point I need to restart app several times (during each turn). The commercials are outrageously LONG some over 2 minutes. This makes the game suck
