Word stitch game ok- huge technical flaw

(1) last time I used this game, screen froze every time I tried to claim double reward. I had turn my phone off to get out of the game. (2) now the screen freezes when I try to claim the double reward. It will let me claim the regular reward but not double.

Word games, I find, are the same formula with theme-based variations. I find great joy in sewing/quilting so this game brings me joy!
