I get that you need ads for revenue. But you literally spend more time trying to close ads than playing the game. Fun game but this makes it too frustrating. Will find an alternative

Update: On my iPad, still freezes when I try to purchase coins. Also can’t access coins I’ve already won in the rewards. Going to end up deleting this.
The games keep repeating, and the screen freezes if I try to buy anything, so I have to exit game and come back. No purchases possible.

I feel cheated
Now I have to watch ads to earn coins instead of just hitting the coin button. Not fair!

When purchasing tokens the app takes your money and you get nothing. Enjoyed game until third time ripped off, deleting app.

Had this game before and it was great, till all of a sudden it wouldn’t load! So deleted it. Saw it advertised recently and thought l would give it another go! Unfortunately it won’t even load so will delete again and find something else.

Am enjoying the game and don’t mind adverts as I appreciate the reasons but nevertheless uninstalling due to those few adverts that don’t allow you to go back and continue the game without closing it first

I paid for the vip package but. I still get ads. I keep trying to get help but to no avail. The newest ad is gross. It comes up every time I’m about to give up even though I playing it. Just not spending my time with ads.

Too many long ads
I love this game, but the ads are driving me crazy. There are too many and too long. I don’t mind having to work for my coins, but having to watch a long ad, takes away from the fun. Knowing you need financial help, I bought the vip package. But. Still get the ads. I have sent three service tickets but get nothing back.

Could be better
This is a relatively easy game. Really too easy. I don’t like that the words are not in alphabetical order. Especially on the daily puzzles so it’s really just up to chance if you get the right one or not. I probably won’t keep for long

What is up with the repeated puzzles? I’ll finish a puzzle, do something else then com back to complete a second puzzle only to find the exact same puzzle repeated…. Some of the words are combinations I’d didn’t realize were actual words. One puzzle even had the same word listed twice. Also wayyy to many adds. I understand you want to keep it free but seriously. I think I’m going to delete this game and try a different one.

My screen went blank and now I’ve lost all my progress

I thought I was going to like this game once I got beyond the super easy levels. Instead, by level 100 the waits for each and every level to load, with or without ads, had become interminable. Literally, it frequently never came back,either freezing on an ad, on a game screen without a level to choose, or on a completely blank screen. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again - if you want people to purchase the ad-free version, you have to let them first find out whether they’re going to enjoy the game enough to make it worth it. This game, for me at least, didn’t. I stuck it out thru the levels with two and three letter words, with a four letter tops, sitting thru the ads and the pauses etc. Just as I was getting into some five letters, multiple fours, and could imagine maybe getting to where it might be a challenge, it became unplayable. Deleted.
