Stops working after a month or two
I downloaded this on my iPhone and iPad. It stopped opening on my phone first. The app would open but would never load the game. I uninstalled it and reinstalled but could never get it to load again. Same thing happen my iPad a couple weeks later. I really enjoyed playing it so I'm pretty disappointed I had to remove the app.

Too many login issues
I LOVE this game and I play EVERY day but lately they are too many issues with the app buffering and NOT opening up! This is disappointing and very frustrating! Please fix these issues
Fix the game !
After months of playing the game with a daily challenge Bot glitch where games are lost, now it won’t open as it searches for online players. The game WAS my favorite thing to do when I had a few minutes. Now i play word’s with friends. I like word wars better but am thinking it’s time to move on.
App Support
I’ve been playing this scrabble game for years and absolutely love it. However, my app has had a glitch over the past few months whereby it’s frozen and I’m unable to receive ‘coins from friends’ which meant I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall numerous times in a week to be able to continue with my games. I’ve reported this issue on several occasions but not had a response. I would really appreciate some tech support so I can continue enjoying my games.

All of the ads work but the game doesn’t
I’ve had this app for a while, the ads have always been annoying but kind of infrequently moreso, not sure how they have that set up with timing. In the last few weeks the game has not even worked. Seriously don’t even download it. All of the ads still work but the game sure doesn’t. Not worth it anymore

Game not working properly
For about 3 weeks now I cannot get on the game. It will not load. When it does load it glitches. It says I declined games when I did not. I emailed and I only got 1 reply. I have over 11,000 pts and I just know if I remove the app and put it back on I’ll lose my progress. Please fix this.
Word wars
It keeps spinning when you try to open it. I tried to reopen twice and lost everything and the people that were playing. Was very disappointed

This game stinks overall, but had really SUCKED and totally broken over the last few weeks…now, can’t play anyone but bots! I know several players who have tried contacting the developer, no response! They must all be on vacation!!😫
Can’t even load the game
Went to get on game and it won’t let me.

I would give this game 5 stars but, it takes a long time for me to access the game. The wheel just spins and I rarely get access. Any suggestions?
Word wars problem
The app won’t let me into the game. I have to delete old app and reinstall app. This happens quite often. Please fix this problem. Very irritating. Thank you!
Frustrated
I love this game but all of a sudden it won’t open up. The W keeps rotating but won’t open my games 😢. I gave about 20 going and the timeline is running out in some of them
GLITCH
I want to report a glitch and can’t seem to find another place to report this problem. I have a regular group of players request playing me all at the same time who I don’t want to play; a few players I do want to play and have been playing with are messaging me saying that they cannot make a move anymore bc of this glitch and it won’t register the score. Also, when I go on the game, unless I click on a notification someone has played, I cannot enter the game. Please help! Thanks

Inspite of playing for 8 years, now the app is not opening. Some major glitch. Needs to be sorted out.
BUG IN UPDATE
Updated two days ago and now the app will NOT LOAD. I had ZERO problems BEFORE the UPDATE. Really one of my favorite games, but now I can’t even get it to come up. People are WAITING on me TO TAKE MY TURN !! So maddening. Nothing I’ve tried will get it to function. I’ll never randomly do app updates anymore.

Love this game but for the past 3 weeks it randomly loads. Can’t get a higher score upwards of 5000. Upside great outsmarting the bots.
Won’t load
I love this game but just recently I haven't been able to open it. It just has the screen showing ‘looking for players’ but it doesn’t load. I try for days and then suddenly it opens but as soon as I stop playing, I’m locked out again for days. Such a shame, I’ll just have to find a similar game I suppose. ☹️
