Good game, shame about the adverts!
I do love this game, but the adverts are getting ridiculous. They pop up after every word that you make, and then they go on for about 2 minutes. Please, stop putting out so many adverts, they are repetitive and annoying.
Takes to long to load the game
Exactly as the title says….loading the game is a pain majority of the time. You have to repeatedly shut it down and restart but it still struggles to load! It’s really annoying!

Very glitchy!
I love this game but this will be the second time I’ll have to delete app and start again. It won’t stay open and now I can only make one play and it won’t open, just spins, with looking for online players message. Very frustrating! Not sure if paid version does this as well.

Love the game, but
I love the game, but there are so many glitches it drives me crazy. A friend recommended it for me to exercise my brain. It’s great for that, but it crashes all the time and has many other glitches, especially with ads opening up my browser or not paying off the coins I earn or they disappear. Now, there’s something new. I hope it’s just because they’re working through being a new game.
Most of the players are nice to compete with, even though there are a few you have to ignore. I do love the game, even at the price.

Game not even remotely resembles the ad
Hated the actual game format. Can’t even navigate through the app! What a scam!

Bombarded with multiple games from the same player…
I literally have over 100 games from the same player. Each time I go into the game to play it, it adds more games from that same player. It’s very frustrating because I like the game.
Ads
Ads after every move! It’s ridiculous. I probably won’t be here long. Can only take so much of it.
Current ad for game is false
I had this game and played it for a while. The current ad for this game is not how the game works and it's false advertising. Didn't mind the game when I had it, but I'd actually like it better if it was played like the ad presents.
Block
The game states if you block someone, you want have to play them again. I blocked one person and every time I logged on to play I have to block them each time. I write to customers service and no one answers through the game. Person I am trying to block has opened at least 10 games trying to get me to play with them. There’s no accountability from the game creator.

Love the game
It’s getting better. Locks up a lot if you don’t have fiber. The ads used to open up my browser but it stopped. Now, some are long, but it’s fun and most people are nice.
Bots
Even when you block the bots they are still able to request a game with you. It’s very, very frustrating. I’ve stopped playing a few times because of this. I wouldn’t mind playing with bots if they were actually good. Maybe time for another year break!!
Is there any available support to answer customers
Please am trying to report a malfunctioning glitch in the app.. any time i maximize the app to start playing words again! the app automatically starts a new game with another player. Not only one player it consistently automatically start a new game with someone each time i open the app. Even if i block them you will find a fresh game starting again once open the app. i don't why this keeps happening. mradam8200 is my my gmail
