LOVE this game..been playing for years,BUT lots of glitches & NO viable support ☹️

Glitches but fun and challenging
The game crashes all the time, so I lose rewards that I earned. Can’t get in touch with the creators so I’m stuck with it. Every time the game crashes, I lose what I’ve earned and that’s frustrating. The other players are great! There are different contests that make it more fun, but then again it crashes in the middle of the contests. There are other annoying things like every time you log on (after a crash), they automatically start you up on a new game with a bot person so you have millions of games going that you can’t possibly complete. I finally had to block that person, but they still go on behind the curtain, probably tallying losses for me.

Too many login issues
I LOVE this game and I play EVERY day but lately they are too many issues with the app buffering and NOT opening up! This is disappointing and very frustrating! Please fix these issues
Crashing
I have played this for years and definitely the male spam messages are less frequent. But I often get the game close on me. I will click on a daily offer, watch the video and then don’t get the offer and the game closes. I start a game and it closes. It’s happening more frequently. I am on my go with plenty of phone storage and a new phone. Only game that does this. It’s putting me off.

Inspite of playing for 8 years, now the app is not opening. Some major glitch. Needs to be sorted out.
Too many ads too many bugs
Ads after every play. Can’t add friends since links to play don’t populate. Ended up deleting the game.
Zero support, crashes almost every day
I love this game, but it crashes almost every day. I spent years building a friend list— people who play on my level, only to have the game crash and lost the entire friend list. The only friends remaining are the ‘bots’. Evidently, the app must create and control these. I had to delete and reinstall so the game would unfreeze—- And yes, I had the game backed up thru FB. I didn’t lose my accrued points, only friends. I’ve submitted MULTIPLE . obligatory bot response.
If the game worked, my review would be phenomenal—- but instead, it deserves less than 1 star.

I used to love this game but the past week and a half this game crashes every time I try to play I can’t get past the front page where it spins to find new players. If this bug isn’t fixed I’m afraid I’m gonna have to delete forever but for now I’ve deleted it and yes, I’ve asked for help and no help has come. I would not recommend.

Glitch
So the game wouldn’t load for 3 days in a row so I had to uninstall & reinstall. I lost all my games in progress & over 900 coins. Kinda makes me not want to play this game anymore.
Back again. Same problem. The W just spins & spins. So frustrating. If I have to uninstall & reinstall again I’ll probably just find a different word game.

Game On!!
I have been playing since 2020. I have met some interesting people along the way. I have also been playing with some of the same “WW” friends since I started. They are consistent with our games and play WHENEVER I am playing, middle of the day on break at work or the middle of the night when I can’t sleep. They challenge and increase my vocabulary regularly. I am thankful for that. Playing “WW” has also been therapeutic for me during my bereavement periods. No questions to answer but somewhere else to focus my attention to when I want to get away without actually leaving. Thank you Word Wars for the numerous game friends I play regularly and your continuous improvements over the years.

HORRIBLE
This used to be a fun game, however recent updates have made it impossible to play. The game will not load and prior to the loading issue the ads became to frequent and numerous to enjoy playing. and don’t get me started on the ‘subscription’ fee and its utterly ridiculous fee!
FIX IT
I have complain several times about my games crashes. I have rebooted , went to the app to open the game and didn’t play for days thinking it would work when I return. Nothing . But the circle keep saying trying to find friends in my circle for 10-20 mins so I go play another game with no problem. I have played this game for a few years and this is the first time I had so many problems. But no problems taking my money. I enjoy playing this game and met some nice people but I am seriously thinking about deleting this game . As I read other comments I see a lot of players are having similar proble

Stops working after a month or two
I downloaded this on my iPhone and iPad. It stopped opening on my phone first. The app would open but would never load the game. I uninstalled it and reinstalled but could never get it to load again. Same thing happen my iPad a couple weeks later. I really enjoyed playing it so I'm pretty disappointed I had to remove the app.
