Glitches A LOT
Paid $100… it keeps glitching. It speeds up. Slows way down. Will sometimes slip into a weird devil voice that echoes. It’s not just long files. Does this with short text files too. Feel like it was a bit of a scam.
It was a nice idea
I was semi pleased at first and quickly learned that for a bulleted list or the use of a forward or back slash, this app is no good at dealing with that and instead of just skipping the bullet, it made sounds of different languages. Maybe Dutch..it was pretty frightening 😂 And now, it seems to not want to upload PDFs that cannot be read in under 15 minutes. It’s really only with it if you’re trying to memorize something short. Like a song 🤷🏻♂️. Don’t waste the $99 on this app. I will be seeking a refund.

Limitation
I did not like that I couldn’t convert the whole doc to audio and it is limited to 60 mins. This should have been disclosed up front. Very disappointing and will need to canceled in less than 24 hrs of subscription.
Terrible Quality
It’s certainly not worth the price. The reader’s voice got quieter, squeaky, staticky and faded the entire time, it was treacherous. I even restarted several times and tried with and without WiFi but still terrible. It was a waste of my money and I will be seeking my money back. Total rip off.
sick of these apps
sick of apps that lure you in and force you to pay to use them. greed is ruining us.
Seriously?
I uploaded a 100 page PDF but the app only recognizes the first page. Maybe I’m doing something wrong and there’s a way for this app to read the entire PDF but..
Creepy background voice
Uploaded a document to read and after a few mins in all you can hear is a creepy breathing sound in the background. It sounds like a monster breathing, waiting to pounce on you. No thanks!
Customer service is awful
Do not hit the trial bc they don't give you three days they charge you right away and then claim you have subscribed . Now I have to fight charged which I just downloaded this, don't trust the trial!!!
Dont waste your money
It wouldn’t generate the whole document, only about 5 minutes of it.
Glitchy
The ai reader/bot starts off well but within 15 minutes of reading consistently glitches (starts back the beginning, clear voice issues with increase in volume and tonality. I tested out the trail and am glad I didn’t pay for the full version after experiencing this.

The scanner unreliable, Chinese interference
The scanner seems to be combining previously scanned text with the current unpredictably and intermittently adding some Chinese texts ; i would not be surprised if this turns out to be some spyware or has been hijacked by some cyber intruder. Avoid.
Doesn’t read words correctly.
I uploaded a typed document and it was changing words from ‘patient’ to ‘pabon’ or ‘respiration’ to ‘respirabon’. Iy changed words for most of the sentences. Couldn’t understand what it was reading because none of the words were pronounced properly. There were no typos or misspellings in the document.

Feed back
App is super simple to use and generates audio with little wait time. I personally do not think the money is worth with the limited amount of voices. As someone who spends a large chuck of time listening to audio books and A.I stories on YouTube, the limited amount of “voices” the app offers sound a bit to robotic to be realistic but not realistic to be your typical ai generated “voice”.

Only can read smaller documents, wasn’t aware until after I paid

Hi NickiLee34, thanks for your feedback. We don't have any limits on total content, but on the size of a single file for performance reasons only - you can upload chapters for example within the app and listen :)
Not as advertised
First thing I tried to use it for says my content limit was reached. If you need something that works spend your $80 somewhere else

Laggy and crashes, but realistic sounding speech
I find the app to be slow, laggy, and crash frequently. Seems to not be able to handle more than 15 mins worth of text at a time without continually crashing. Voice is pretty easy to listen to and much better than other apps i’ve tried but the app is far too prone to crashing for $10/month.

Not fit for purpose
I have been looking for an app like this, but was disappointed to find this is definitely not suitable. It’s unable to play a PDF file I uploaded for even 3 minutes without the app crashing and cutting out. It also has a ridiculous limit of 60 mins playback. Another disappointing AI product I’m afraid.

Horrible distorted SCARY voice
I uploaded a document and chose the voice that I wanted, and as it was reading well for like the first maybe 2-3 minutes and then the voice became distorted and robotic! It also had a horrible background noise that sounds quite scary to be honest. The background sounds like a robot demon mixed with a crying baby and it overlaps the voice of the reader the reader. I really needed this document to be read aloud so I tried to power through, but I just cannot get over those strange sounds.

Don't bother with this app
It doesn't work as promoted, can't upload anything, voices sound awful. Developers: don't bother responding with your fake copy and paste messages. All these five star ratings have to be fake. No support either.
