Ist es nur auf Englisch verfügbar? Ich habe es mit Chinesisch, Deutsch, Französisch, Japanisch, Spanisch usw. getestet, und es funktioniert einwandfrei, sogar mit dem Herzsymbol. Wie sieht es bei Ihnen mit dem System aus? Könnten Sie mir bitte weitere Details geben? Sie müssen kein zusätzliches Geld ausgeben; die Basisfunktionen reichen völlig aus, um perfekte Wortwolken zu erstellen! Das monatliche Abonnement deckt die manuelle Vorlagenverwaltung, kostenpflichtige APIs und Serverkosten ab. Oder bieten Sie an, Vorlagen kostenlos ehrenamtlich zu verarbeiten? Oder stellen Sie kostenlose Server zur Verfügung?

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your experience was frustrating. WordCloudMaster is designed as a hybrid model: the core word cloud creation features work offline with a one-time purchase, while some advanced resources (such as additional online assets and templates) are offered through optional subscriptions. If you prefer a fully one-time purchase option without any online resources, you may consider WordArt or the full-feature version of WordCloudStudio, which follow a different pricing model. That said, I truly appreciate your feedback about usability. Improving the editing experience and making the pricing model clearer are things I’m actively working on. If you have specific suggestions about what felt difficult to use, I’d really like to hear them. Thank you for trying the app.

However, we have provided detailed help documents and tutorials within the app to help you learn how to use it. If you want to use simpler tools, we also provide WordCloudStudio and WordArt, which are easier to get started with. 1. isn't intuition a good thing? It's easy to create a word cloud map, and at the moment the whole process is very simple as you only need to enter data to import a template to create it. There are also very few options for adjustments, and most of them don't need to be adjusted. 2. I don't understand the point where you are confused or struggling to use it, we didn't get any valid information from your comment. Did you check the help page or contact us when you had a problem? If after checking the help page you still don't understand, you can easily contact our team with a click of a button, unfortunately our team has not received any information. 3. Our team is currently confused as to why users don't contact us when they have a problem and just leave us a comment that confuses us even more, we would love it if users would leave us any valid feedback to help us improve the software!
