Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback, und es tut mir leid zu hören, dass Sie eine so schlechte Erfahrung mit der App gemacht haben. Der Upload von Begriffen, Abstürze sowie Probleme beim Laden der KI-Funktion sollten natürlich nicht auftreten. Leider habe ich bisher keinen entsprechenden Fehlerbericht erhalten, daher würde ich das Problem gerne genauer untersuchen. Könnten Sie mir bitte Ihr Gerätemodell, die iOS/iPadOS-Version sowie kurz die Schritte beschreiben, die zu dem Absturz geführt haben? Sie können mir diese Informationen gerne an emperinter@outlook.com senden. Mit diesen Informationen kann ich versuchen, das Problem nachzustellen und in einem zukünftigen Update zu beheben. To help us investigate and fix the issue, could you please provide the following information? 1. Your device model and operating system version (e.g. MacBook Pro with macOS 14.4.1) 2. What exactly you were doing when the freeze occurred — for example, did it happen when opening a file, clicking a button, or using a specific feature? 3. Did the app eventually respond, or did you have to force quit it? 4. Any other details or error messages you noticed You can reach us directly at emperinter@outlook.com. If the app crashes, you can also submit a crash report through Apple’s system prompt — this helps us access diagnostic information that may be useful for debugging.
