AZERTY keyboard and French words please.

Could you please add an AZERTY keyboard option and enable play in French?

Wordle, but better

This is the same game as the NY Times’s daily puzzle “Wordle” except free. It’s also better designed, bigger and more colourful, which makes it more fun to play and easier on the eyes. Occasionally it has had a questionable vocabulary list, but that has greatly improved over the years. Easy to use and fun; I recommend it.

Excellent game

I don’t understand the fuss about the low ratings. The game is awesome! I'm adding a comment because I found the low score and other comments completely unfair and unjustified. Plus, the developer seems engaged, responsive, and very respectful.

Highly recommended! I’m hooked.

Game is flawed.

When I play a game, I want to know the exact parameters. In this game, you can guess Four of the Five letters and STILL lose. That is unacceptable. At one point I had nearly 100 winning games all but to lose a round due to the number of possible letters that were needed to fill just ONE slot.
I have moved on to other word games, sadly so.
I really liked this game, but when a person puts real time and effort in , and STILL loses, well it’s extremely frustrating.

Dexter

Mental Alert

Love this keeps my mind active and alert

love word list options

I love the word list options. I can choose UK Spelling (5,000), 12,000 wordlist which is called “Interesting” and includes some unusual words. The defaut might only be 2,500 common words, but what you do with that is try to get better at guessing which of the 2500 words it is. Plus, part of the challenge is to find a valid guess word, just like in wordle. This app is called wordLITO, and in my mind, means shorter allowed list. What I’d like to see is Icelandic list, German list, and Dutch word list for me to switch between. I hope to learn icelandic someday in the next short few years. He also has a 500 word list. Wordle ALSO has a word list of allowed words but just has more words so the negative reviewers, haven’t noticed it. I’ve entered loads of invalid words on wordle and got a not valid response. I just know more words than the other reviewers perhaps? Thanks!

Enjoyable Game

This is an enjoyable word game. And, it can be played offline!

Is it possible to compile Wordlito to run on an iPad Air running iPadOS 12.5.6? Then my wife could play it.

Thank you.

Needs repairs

Has the potential and format to be a great app… Unfortunately at the moment I think it could stand a vocabulary overhaul.

WHY??

I don’t expect every game to be ‘made for’ those of us who speak English, and I give some leeway to games that are hindered (but actively working on improving), how they handle language barriers/issues.

PARDON MY CAPS, BUT:
WHAT I FIND RIDICULOUS ABOUT A MEDIOCRE APP TRYING TO BUST IN ON THE ‘WORDLE’ FAD… You have the “DEFAULT SETTING” for most common 2,500 words, and the player must change this to get 25,000??????!!!

Dear Dev, look at how every review is frustrated players complaining about common words not taking. Now, think of the 99.9% of ppl who don’t bother reviewing games they find ‘bad’. How many have you already lost to IMMEDIATE DELETION, by those who even gave a low rated game a chance at all, esp w/tons of copy cats, millions of apps, little time. Most horrible games have fake reviews to boost them in the above 4.0 stars. We know it. Seeing less than, most will never even DL this.

I only checked reviews before deleting myself. Apologies on long review. I didn’t plan to b4 deleting. But…I just thought I’d give u a honest review about common sense.
At minimum, change your default setting.
DELETE.

Great app!

Great app! much better than the original. Just need a quick review of common words. Otherwise, it’s great! 5 stars!

Perfect time killer

Play as many games as you like in a day, just as challenging as any other similar game.

Keep it up

Please don’t discourage the developers who work hard for us and for their living on providing fun games for us. Yea developer has now provided a free access. Try it and if you don’t like it you can always remover that app. Indeed a very poor must be criticised for improvement, however the present version is satisfactory if not wow

Casco

CASCO????
I’ve since learned this obscure word means helmet. Today the word was KLIKS. Someone please tell me what that one is - Google doesn’t know. (And I AM using the 12,000 word selection). Nope.

UK Spelling contains obscure American words

scrod and nisei are not UK words!

Eidos

I came here to check on the ratings to see what people were saying. I just lost to EIDOS as a common (2500 words) section. Ya No, I don’t think so. I am disappointed to see the app developers’ responses to previous complaints is to increase the word count to 12000+ just to allow recognition of real words as guesses! What? Are yo saying that all my guesses have to be within the word count limit of the level I choose regardless of their validity?! No no no. Stern is a word regardless if you are playing at the Friendly (500 words) level or the level with the largest word count. Does this app have proper names too? Like India, Jerry, Chile? Because that’s another NO from me and why I dumped the other app I was using. I would be so annoyed if I actually paid for this app. I got it free today. EIDOS: “the distinctive expression of the cognitive or intellectual character of a culture or social group.” Oxford. Not as obscure as Azole but certainly not common. Good words for scrabble though—not this word game though

Total copycat

You should never pay for something someone else invented. One star for being a copycat and thief.

Good thinking

It was so simple but made you do some good problem solving!

Fun!

Just plain old fun!
