Loading and payment
App will not load anymore and when I get that I have made some money, it doesn’t show in my email or get posted in my PayPal account. This had been going on for several months now which has made me stop playing a game I once loved.

I cannot open word rise ever. It sends messages every morning but when I try to open it does Nothing. What’s the problem?

Don’t know how this app rates a 4.5 !! Just to let you all know this app will be abandoned . They won’t tell you because they want you to keep watching ads , if you can load game that is. Word is they have a new app that can’t be loaded on iPhone yet. Might as well cut your losses and delete
Fraud and no response
Never fixes fails to open and never get $ in PayPal after they say it’s sent, they never answer emails even after they ask you to email them. Just a runaround!!
What happened to the game?
Today is Feb. 22, 2022. The game has not worked for 4 or 5 days now. It says it’s loading, but it does not. All the other apps and games on my phone work except Wordrise. Please figure out the problem. I do not want to delete the game and reload. That would erase my score, my coins, and my dollars. This is a wonderfully fun game I play with my daughter. We would hate to lose it.

I sent a review earlier about the freezing of your APP. I want to add details as to who I am so you can see that I am a avid player. My name on your APP is ponytail. With remaining time for the Gem Tournament at 12:09:45, here are my stats: current degree, top 5%, 1-XVi. My winnings are $5.39. I am at level 3233. My Intelligence level is 180,892. I place (3) in the Gem Tournament. From the aforementioned you can see that I have been an avid participant. Have I been frozen because I have not purchased any products advertised? I am 96, in almost excellent physical shape and extremely well endowed intellectually. I don’t know where your headquarters are and whether, in fact, the words are ones in the dictionary in the United States. So my assessment of the truth of what you purport is questionable.

Not getting paid
The last 6 or 7 times I’ve won the little bit of change that you win, it never showed up in my PayPal. There is no link to customer service on the app. Fun game; but if you say that you’re going to pay the whole $0.16 you should pay it.
Game won’t load
Love love the game. Have a problem though. I get on top and the game won’t load anymore. I can play the daily game but no other. I’m left out of the tournament’s. Miss playing. The only thing I can do is start over. Any suggestions ?
Such a great game!
I really love everything about this app from the relaxing music to the addictive nature of getting to just one more level! The fact that you can win some money is an added bonus because I would play and enjoy this game even without a financial reward.
