I absolutely love this app and the exercises! It’s incredibly well-designed. However, as a native Ukrainian speaker, it’s quite tiring to constantly translate everything from English/Russian in my head. My annual subscription is up for renewal soon, and I would love to stay, but having Ukrainian language support would make a world of difference. Please consider adding it in the next update!

Si está en un vuelo o pasando tiempo al aire libre sin cobertura, todas las funciones premium que ya pagó se desactivan por completo. La aplicación actúa como si hubiera olvidado que usted compró y posee legalmente la suscripción premium. En lugar de reconocer su derecho, bloquea el acceso y prácticamente le obliga a volver a pagar para seguir utilizando algo que ya compró. Apple diseñó su sistema de suscripciones para que funcionara sin conexión, pero este desarrollador ignora y anula intencionadamente ese principio. Se niega a corregir el problema y pasa por alto los comentarios de los usuarios. Además, alrededor del 60 por ciento de las palabras y frases de la aplicación son arcaísmos obsoletos que no pertenecen al lenguaje moderno. Cuando se le señaló esto, pidió a los usuarios que informaran cada palabra anticuada manualmente. Son cientos. Ni siquiera se toma la molestia de procesar su propia lista de vocabulario para eliminar términos desfasados. En general, no recomiendo esta aplicación. If you are on a flight or spending time outdoors without coverage, all the premium features you already paid for are completely deactivated. The app acts as if it has forgotten that you legally purchased the premium subscription and own it. Instead of recognizing your rights, it blocks access and effectively forces you to buy again to continue using what you already paid for. Apple designed its subscription system to work offline, but this developer deliberately overrides that principle. He refuses to fix the issue and ignores user feedback. On top of that, around 60 percent of the words and phrases in the app are outdated archaisms that no longer belong in modern language. When this was pointed out, he asked users to report every single outdated word themselves. There are hundreds of them. He is too lazy even to process his own vocabulary list and remove obsolete terms. The developer of this application has not released meaningful updates for many years, even though the existing issues could be fixed quite easily. One major problem is the dictionary itself, which contains an excessive number of archaic words. Nearly half of the vocabulary consists of outdated terms that are not used in modern, everyday speech. When this issue is reported, the developer asks users to manually compile a list of words that should be corrected. This happens at a time when tools like ChatGPT are readily available, allowing the entire dictionary to be analyzed at once and archaic words to be removed automatically. Instead, the developer chooses to shift this work onto paying users, effectively turning them into unpaid testers. This approach is unacceptable. In addition, despite the app existing for many years, none of the words include images. Even though artificial intelligence has long been capable of generating images for every word and phrase, the developer has made no effort to use these tools. The long-term lack of updates, outdated content, and minimal effort clearly show a disregard for product quality. For these reasons, I do not recommend purchasing this application.

I’ve been using this app for almost five years now, and I can honestly say it’s the most effective language-learning app I’ve ever tried.
What I love most is the approach and methodology. You don’t just memorize words in one boring way — the app uses different techniques: sometimes you recall, sometimes you guess, sometimes you match or recognize words. This works perfectly for both visual and verbal memory and really helps the words stay in your head.

The app doesn’t work after the latest iOS update. It crashes when I try to open my lessons. I’m paying for a subscription and currently can’t use the app at all. Please fix this issue urgently.

Теперь приложение постоянно вылетает, удалила и установила снова.

Solide App mit vielen Möglichkeiten die Wörter zu wiederholen. Wenn ich eigene Lektionen zusammenstelle, fehlen aber die Bilder bei den Karteikarten. Das ist eine große Schwachstelle.

Покупала приложение в 2014 году с доступом «навсегда». К слову доступ навсегда продлился недолго и сейчас это обычный тариф около 8000 в год. Вот такое «навсегда» от WORDS…
Очень удобное
Пользуюсь уже давно, читая какую либо книгу , делаю свой словарь в приложении , указывает если слово уже было добавлено и куда добавлено. Слова учатся разными способами легко и эффективно.Ищу похожее приложение на испанском и французском, но ничего подобного нет. Самое удобное из всех протестированных. Сделайте на разных языках такое хорошее приложение! ! Спасибо!

Sobald man mit dem Scannen beginnt, funktioniert die App nicht mehr richtig – viele Wörter werden nicht erkannt. Außerdem fehlt ein Widget, was die Nutzung erleichtern würde.
