So, is there anyone that runs this game anymore. There has been no response to anybody in a couple years. What the heck is?
I really love this game. I’ve been playing it for a couple years and I’ve won the levels so many times that I have lost count. You guys need to do something to improve this game. Or sell it to somebody that will. Could you guys have a great idea but on the same exact thing for years already, please do something more with it let somebody else do it. I have absolutely no problems with ads. I paid to not have them and I’ve never had them. Once in a great while it’ll take a minute to load the game when I first open it, but I’ve never had any issues with the game itself.

The game will not open. Stays on the “Loading” screen forever. Live the game though when I used to be able to play it.

Game won’t open. Stays in loading stage for far way too long

Really enjoyed this game and paid to have ads removed. And now at the end no more levels?????
Stopped loading
Game was great and then several months ago it simply stopped loading. It has never loaded since so one star because I cannot open it to lpay it!!

I enjoy playing this game but for some reason it will no longer load on my iPad I get as far as “LOADING” and that’s it.
WAY too many videos
Let’s say you open the app for the first time today, it’ll make you watch a video. Then you play for 10 seconds and flip over to another app (over to Safari to look up a spelling of a word for example). Maybe you were out of Words for only 10 seconds. It’ll still make you watch another video when you come back. Too much wasted time.

Inappropriate Ads
I like the game but the ads are inappropriate for the 4+ rating. That’s discouraging.

I really enjoyed this game. Found it very challenging. Next thing I know I’m on the last puzzle. I wonder if I start over if it will be just as challenging. I started it over again and was really enjoying the challenge. However, three days ago it wouldn’t download. I’ve deleted and reinstalled several times. Even installed on different device but will not download. Can this be fixed?
It finally loaded after a minute or so. Now it takes like 5 seconds. Thanks for responding. Love this game. Am totally addicted.

Will not load
I have enjoyed this game for months and find it stimulating. However today the screen is frozen where it says LOADING. I tried deleting and reinstalling but it is exactly the same. Very disappointed 🙁
Great game but……
Love this game but the ads are killing me and taking all my joyfulness away from me. After every game it’s another ad. Why cant we play like 3 games and then an ad. I know I can put money out to kill the ads but I’m frugal. I have to stop playing cause it’s very annoying. The games not working. It’s been 3 days and still won’t load.

Once again the treasure chest is failing to record completed games. I am going to delete although I enjoy the game
Paying for no adds didn’t change a thing
What a rip off, I paid 7.99 for no adds and it changed NOTHING. Every level I get adds still. I’d like a refund
Ads are too long!
I started playing this game recently and really like it! However, I’m not liking ads that now run for 60 seconds, especially the ones for Royal Match. I don’t mind ads that you can close after 15 or 20 seconds, which several of the games I currently play have, but this is ridiculous. Even after paying for opting out of ads unless I’m getting a reward, I’m finding that I can’t always get back to the game without closing down and starting up the game again. I will miss playing, but not the never ending ads.

Is 560 the Top Level??
It’s a rewarding and entertaining game that makes it an interesting distraction. I enjoy the challenge of meeting/ surpassing the goal.
There are a lot of adverts which is annoying but it’s pretty standard for this kind of game.
I’m currently on Level 560 but can’t go any higher despite meeting/ exceeding the points target. It’s pretty confusing as it’s very random to have this as the end game level. My best guess is that new levels need to be added. Either way I’m stumped.
