Some valid words not allowed
WHOLES, which I've never heard of as a plural, was allowed but FRONTIERS was not allowed.
Also, ths game allows you to cheat by testing a word before ending your turn. In other words, there is no penalty, you can just try another word.
Pro tip: If you get ads at the start, tap the flag and start a new game. Might not work first time but will eventually.

Quite like it
My first impressions are very good. But I wish the screen could be brighter. The colours are very dull.
Words with AI
This latest update made the ad banner at the bottom so tall you cant see the opponents score what tiles are in the bag etc. so I deleted the game. Too much of a hassle trying to figure out any of the scores.

I’m not addicted to the board game Scrabble, but this is perfect for my needs. Single player versus AI is easy to configure with levels of difficulty and types of words allowed! I’m not sure what I’m missing, but it’s essentially Scrabble as I remember it as a kid and young adult. I would give it 6 stars if it was possible!

Yes but…
I like being able to play at my own pace with AI. But it can get annoying when AI uses weirdo words, foreign words or doesn’t recognize common English words. And l can’t change tiles but AI can. Simple and straightforward and relaxing.

The bugs are so bad it’s frustrating to play the game.

psycho AI scrabble
The Artificial Intelligence is probably named Damien. It will sabotage your moves, then steal them. It’s a queer opponent. It’s not fun. I play games for fun, this AI took all the fun out of it. Adios, Damien.
Fun until it stopped working correctly.
Great game but out of the blue it started doing odd things. I had to delete it and reinstall it a few times. Hope it gets fixed.

It isn’t clear what dictionary has been used, but it isn’t the official Collins Scrabble Words. Would be good to have a choice of dictionary.
Some of the warning/error messages are in Russian.
When you close the “you’ve won/lost the game” message it also takes you out of that game, so you can’t seem the finished board. I’d like to be able to see the finished board, especially if the opponent was last to go.

My Favorite App
I have played this game for years and am addicted to it. It is both fun and educational. As a tutor, I recommend it to my students for vocabulary growth. I highly recommend Words With Al!
Dictionary needs a little work
That sounds negative, but I’m not really complaining. I started a Scrabble-style game against AI with ‘EXAM’; the AI made it into ‘EXAMINER’; I added an ‘S’ and was informed that ‘EXAMINERS’ was not a word! Yes, it is!! Most annoying as it would have been a triple score.
QIN is also a word that isn’t recognised, along with some standard two-letter words.
One other observation: I accidentally skipped a turn by inadvertently double-tapping the tick (which, by the way, is the wrong way round for the English market). It would be better to have a separate ‘skip’ button and disable the tick until a word is placed.
It is also strange to have no notification when the AI cannot play a turn.
But this is much better than the ‘official’ replacement for Scrabble, which is awful.
A bit more work and you get five stars!

Russian Pop up blocking play
Both times I downloaded this app I played a few games and the I got a pop up both times forcing me to click “ok” if I wanted to continue. It didn’t seem related to the game and was in Russian. So I had to delete the app.
bot cheats!
this would be a great game if the bot didn't make up words. don't know what dictionary is being used by the app, but merriam-webster doesn't recognize many words it plays & there is no challenge available.
Best game of its type
Best game of Scrabble type games.. it does often freeze during game requiring deleting and reinstalling - this bug should be fixed.
It was fun until the AI started making two plays on a turn
I played for about three weeks and enjoyed it immensely. Then, out of the blue, the AI started playing two separate words (not on an axial intersection, but in separate parts of the board) on a single turn. I thought the first time was a burp, but it continued game after game. Hahaha. Had to delete it after that. 4 stars for a good try though.

Not quite accurate
I’ve played the AI twice and it started the games with seven letter words and scored 0 points! Soiled the games really because I won easily. The AI struggles as it is, and not giving it full points when it does well is a shame.
Enjoyable but could be harder
Agree with previous comments haven’t once lost an impossible game so needs to be better and also have a glitch if both I and the computer change tiles first turn it just tells me my word is incorrectly placed across the middle square and tells me I’ve lost the game as I can’t place a word?
