The function of add a note is useless
I’ve been using this app for a half year. For recalling my memories, this app is best ever.
I’d like to ask one modification for this app. When I add a note in every words, it is sometimes vanished maybe after I use sync button. Can you deal with this defect?

Fake "Free Trial" – No Warning, No Refund, No Support
The app shows a button offering a "2‑week free trial," but if you've ever used a trial before (even years ago), it charges you immediately without any warning. I clicked in good faith and was charged right away. No notification, no eligibility check, no heads-up.
I contacted support – no reply. Apple refused a refund because the issue is with the app's misleading interface.
So the app gets to show a misleading button, take your money, and ignore your requests.
My advice: If you have EVER used this app before, do NOT click any "free trial" button. You will be charged instantly.
WordUp – please fix your interface. Warn users before charging them. This is not how honest apps behave.

Best vocab learning app
I bought lifetime access. I like the most common words lists, best ROI on learning, cool graphics although recently the AI quality got worst. Unique context and use case when teaching each word with simple definitions.
After using it for 4 months, I noticed it’s all recognition of words only. It doesn’t have other ways to strengthen that learning. I vibe coded a supplement app using ai to fix this gap. It was so easy! They can easily use ai to add more features.
Data is inconsistent! Many times I load and reload and come back to different or same renew words. My saved lists don’t save.
There AI is extremely bad and doesn’t have the context of the app. None of the chats with the people in the app matter or help at all. I never use ai to even clarify the difference between to words. I have to go to other AI like ChatGPT or Claude to explain

Word ranking feature
Very helpful app! I like the way to learn new words through English, helps me understand and remember them more efficiently.
One feature I really liked was that, when you search for a word, its rank on your world map will be shown in the popped-up list. This way I can learn the new words that I know from other sources selectively, only focus on those with high rank.
Unfortunately after my last update, it disappeared :(

I was using this app for over 6 years then one day in the app massage keep coming up about review, I left mine but they don’t like it and Deleted all off my 6 years data with them dis pit I asked them to don’t delete my data.

Great potentials and poor reality
I love the app as a pro user and have learned via it for more than two years. However, there have been a couple of disappointing changes during my experience. For example, the app no longer shows the usage ranking of each word. They have recently replaced pictures with cheap anime generated by Chinese AI. We cannot pick up a word for second (or later) definitions - e.g. I like to memory " gangway" as the second definition of "The area that connects the shore to the ship, where people get on or off the ship", but the app always pick up it only as the first one os "A passage or pathway to walk along".
I have fragged such thoughts with the developers, which I always receive a template answer: Thank you for the feedback.

Reviwe system not working( pro user)
This app is really disappointing. It only works properly for the first few days, and after that the whole app starts malfunctioning and becomes unreliable. It’s definitely not suitable for long-term or consistent use.
Basically good, but I‘m a little disappointed by the recent update
Love this app, I‘ve been using this over 3 years, but for today I checked that you changed the first image of each words… and unfortunately it‘s not fit on my aesthetic. So hope you guys can add a function like to choose the style of image (probably, realistic / animated, I guess) thanks a lot.
