Free trial promised, charged immediately
I genuinely like the app, which makes this experience even more disappointing.
When I subscribed, I was explicitly offered a 2-week free trial, but my card was charged for the full annual subscription immediately. I have a screenshot clearly showing the free-trial offer.
I was actually planning to keep the subscription and pay after the trial. I simply didn’t have the money available for an annual subscription at that moment, which is exactly why I agreed to a FREE trial.
I contacted WordUp support asking for a refund. Instead of addressing the issue, they sent instructions for cancelling through Apple. Cancelling only prevents renewal next year — it does not return the money already charged. I explained this in my reply and received no response.
At this point, I no longer want the subscription. I just want my money back.
I went from liking the app and intending to become a paying customer to no longer trusting this company. Offering a free trial, charging immediately, and then failing to properly address the issue feels incredibly dishonest and misleading.

The function of add a note is useless
I’ve been using this app for a half year. For recalling my memories, this app is best ever.
I’d like to ask one modification for this app. When I add a note in every words, it is sometimes vanished maybe after I use sync button. Can you deal with this defect?

Fake "Free Trial" – No Warning, No Refund, No Support
The app shows a button offering a "2‑week free trial," but if you've ever used a trial before (even years ago), it charges you immediately without any warning. I clicked in good faith and was charged right away. No notification, no eligibility check, no heads-up.
I contacted support – no reply. Apple refused a refund because the issue is with the app's misleading interface.
So the app gets to show a misleading button, take your money, and ignore your requests.
My advice: If you have EVER used this app before, do NOT click any "free trial" button. You will be charged instantly.
WordUp – please fix your interface. Warn users before charging them. This is not how honest apps behave.
