Simple and clean
I have been using this app for 2-3 weeks and I love it. It’s simple and easy. I want to go to it and see what’s next. I used to have lists on paper and now I am so organized.
I gave only 4 stars because It’s on my phone and iPad but the info on my phone doesn’t populate to the app on the iPad. I’m not sure if there’s a way to sync it but it does open so I don’t think so. Still worth it but I hope that issue gets upgraded or fixed.

Great way to organize your projects and actions
If you like to make progress across a wide range of projects and goals, but then feel paralyzed when you see a large to-do list, then this app is probably perfect for you.
The purpose of this app is to identify your next actions (frontburners) and secondary actions (backburners) that make up your projects or goals (missions). Then, as per the book, take these frontburners and schedule them into your week.
The great thing about this app in particular is the constraint of seeing only your frontburners across each of your missions. That way you don't feel paralyzed with a large to-do list that never gets done. You only have the next action to think about it.
