Cannot link between iPhone and iPad Pro
Recently bought an iPad Pro. Have this app on my iPhone 6s and prior iPhone for many years. It is the purchased version. I’ve had no problems until I tried to link/sync this paid app to the iPhone and iPad Pro. I have written the developers couple times for help and they responded. I followed the given directions but either they do not understand what it is I need or do not care. I have received same answer when asking for help. Up until this problem came along I would have given a 5+ rating. I should include that the app itself has no record that I purchased the full version and I can not find the receipt that I keep on the phone as proof. I believe that what I am requesting and need is not that big a deal. I use this app to keep track of Work hrs as I work at home and at office. If someone out there can help I’m listening. Oh, I should mention the full version works great on my iPhone. That is where it was downloaded originally
