What's New in Work the Steps

1.0.2

July 3, 2026

The program kept close for the hours in between. Check in each day, keep a reflection, and your patterns surface over time. In this update: • Set or re-set where you are in the steps anytime, whether you've worked some before or just tapped the wrong thing. • Your step work now saves as you go, so you can step away and pick up right where you left off. • Check-ins make it clearer how to keep your reflection, so the part worth keeping doesn't slip by. • After your first reflection, turn on a gentle daily reminder to check in. Change it or turn it off anytime. Everything stays private on your device, as always.

User reviews

Great resource

This is a super useful tool to keep me consistent in my step work and to check in with myself in between meetings and in addition to work with my sponsor. I like being able to see my patterns over time and notice what areas could use more attention in my life. It’s great so far and I will probably use it regularly to see more insights over time.
