Funktional, Transparent und Informativ!

Die App ist perfekt auf unsere Bedürfnisse im Betrieb ausgelegt. Wir können unsere Projekt- und Arbeitszeiten erfassen, die gesamte Kommunikation mit den Kunden einsehen oder auf die schnelle Aufgaben verteilen. Alle relevanten Informationen und Funktionen sind mit wenigen Klicks aufrufbar.

Ziemlich unbrauchbar

Wir versuchen seit über einem Jahr alles mögliche wie man sinnvoll damit arbeiten kann. Außer um ein paar Belege anschauen wenn man sehr viel Geduld hat, bringt die eigentlich überhaupt nichts. Weder für Servicetechniker noch Vertrieb in dem aktuellen Zustand verwendbar. Jeder Mitarbeiter hat es inzwischen wieder aufgegeben damit zu arbeiten. Sehr schade, der Ansatz war gut und es wurde viel versprochen. Leider das Ziel, wie sowas in heutiger Zeit funktionieren sollte, noch lange nicht erreicht.
Übersicht Probleme:
-Ladezeit extrem lange
-reagiert meist irgendwann nicht mehr
-Buttons gehen oft nicht
-viele Funktionen fehlen
-Irgendwas bearbeiten geht fast gar nicht
-Zeiterfassung nicht verwendbar und passt nicht mit den Einstellungen der Desktop Version zusammen
