Our user-friendly workspace management software helps you put in place an uncomplicated system to help promote a safe and secure workplace.
Specify desk/office space capacity according to your company’s health and safety regulations, and allow employees to book desks or meeting rooms on an interactive floor plan. Check in and out of office spaces on-the-go, via our native mobile app or on desktop.
Besides facilitating hybrid working, our software also gives you an overview of occupancy rates (in real time and historically), in order to optimize workspace cleaning and usage, and determine an overview of building costs per SQM or per department.
In other words, Workero’s office management system helps you introduce hybrid working AND helps you measure and optimize the way you use your office spaces.
Finally, our office booking system is customizable to your company's image and brand, and facilitates better communication with those on site (either through push notifications or chat).
