What a mess - the UI is cryptic - employment courses either don’t come up with any results, or are very detailed yet lack substance - when you try to book it comes up with error or spinning balls - you try and call the hotline get out on hold for 2 hours

Can’t save jobs
So I can no longer save jobs I want to apply for which makes this app useless. It says you may only add 100 jobs to your saved jobs. Remove existing jobs to continue. However I have removed all jobs and even cleared all expired jobs but it still will not let me save jobs. How hard can it be to get that simple function right. Seek, indeed etc don’t have this issue. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nope doesn’t work.

Big bugs
IT’s deleted all my letters now it will not let me log in. It will not accept my My gov login details. This is so unfair. When you try to call you are too busy to accept the call.

Omg just show me the jobs in my city not the whole goddamn state. Also, when i click an external link to look at a job, come back to the app, it takes me back to the top of my search???

Never lets me login with my password! Never resends a code for a new password and always logging me out!!
Ridiculous drama
This app is so terribly not intuitive it is astounding. One must open the app then log into My Gov to even access your workforce information which is not the same as the information you have access to if you go straight to myGov and then workforce. Obviously some very poor coding and definitely no thought into how a person uses this. So you need to go to workforce through both this app and straight through my gov to get your data, upload forms, update your information. Having been a code writer I find the whole thing ludicrous

My applied jobs don’t save
Anytime I use this app to apply for a job I click on a link that takes me to a website and I can fill out an application that isn’t recognised by workforce or the website shows me an error code and I can’t continue.
Login issue
Tried logging in with my normal myGov username and password and it doesn’t work. Made me change my password and then still didn’t work. I contacted support and they basically said that’s my problem. Overall a terrible app, don’t bother wasting your storage
Idiotic UX not Intuitive
Most important thing government is hiding from you POINTS you are not able to view them. Can not believe people got actually paid for such a poor design and logic. People struggle to find things in the App and the website.

Fix the issues!
Haven’t been able to log in for ages, reset my password so many times and just realised the issue. Can’t log in using email/password combo due to being prompted to use digital id/passkey on the myGov app (which then disables a password log in) and does not seem to be a compatible way to log in with this app.
I know it’s a different app but if logging in via myGov the submit button is off the page so it is also unusable 🙄

Ridiculous this hasn’t been fixed in months. The app exists because the website isn’t mobile optimised yet you can’t log into the app. Expecting people to jump through hoops. Standard.

I’ve changed my password numerous times thinking that’s the problem and yet I still can’t login back in on the app.
Needs update
Outdated login system: doesn’t work with myID. Cannot log in. Frustrating and adding to already high stress levels. This is how government pushes people to suicide.

Cannot log in
My app is glitching and won’t let me log in with my MyGov account. It keeps telling me the information is wrong even though it isn’t. I have reset passwords and it’s still saying the same thing.

The app needs different sign in options. Both MyGov and Centrelink apps have Digital ID and passkey options - it’s needed here too.
