One of those most useless apps you might have in your mobile for work place complying. Seriously you cannot do anything practical with this. It sounds good on its marketing statement, but….
Absolute head ache
The app got stuck on the second question giving the circle of death for 9 hours. Won’t let me do the last two compulsory courses. Difficult app not user friendly AT ALL. Ruined my whole weekend and I’m still not compliant.

Another way to get a chunk of someone else’s business. Provides nothing to the end user. Made to do the work of the company’s engaging the contractor.
Worst App Ever Used
I can’t complete my trainings on this app. It freezes after a few minutes and the whole screen goes blank. I’ve done everything to make it work including delete and reinstall but nothing works

I find ciggys more useful and I don’t even smoke!
Had to do an online course 3x because it wouldn’t submit, it’s now been in progress of submitting for over 3 months!

Most terrible platform ever.
This platform is just designed to transfer a business expense to contracting company’s. Support is virtually non exsistent. It is a clunky poor version of mypass. Contracting company’s we are in a labour shortage and we have the power in our hands to refuse support to company’s that have this abomination for site access. Stand together and withdraw services to send a clear message. After 3 months of attempting to load up previously aquired quals I have had to repeat them. Same qual number. My lost time is another expense absorbed by my employer. No one else in the free world would accept paying twice to do the exact same cost. This is what this abomination allows.
