I hoped for better from Adobe
It crashes a lot. Navigation isn’t intuitive. It asks me to sign in randomly. I can’t recommend this to my clients so I tell them to just review on desktop.
Other proofing systems have a better mobile web experience than this dedicated mobile app provides.

Useless
Have given it many chances but it has disappointed every single time. Terrible UI. Regularly unresponsive. Adobe should consider deleting this app. It’s not to their standards.
Edits not working, screen keeps moving
As I try and highlight/drag a box around an area of the doc that needs editing the whole document slides, so how can I box in the content with a slide of my finger….also when I turn my phone to landscape the edit disappears. If I start in landscape, it won’t even let me click the tools to edit. 5 mins in im over it!

The functioning on this app is so bad that you’re better off not even downloading it. Buttons don’t not work, you can’t look at a proof side by side with a previous version, you cannot see comments. You basically can’t do any of the normal functions of PHQ.

Not sure why this is even still in the App Store. It hasn’t worked properly for a long time. It’s too bad, since I can’t proof items in a web browser on the iPad, either. Hoping Adobe can sort something out so I don’t have to fire up a laptop just to proof a design.

Garbage and crashes
Completely useless on iOS 14 with the new iPhone it crashes as soon as it opens a proof. He always been very not use friendly
No approval button!
Proofs with long names push the “approve” button right off the screen, making the app almost useless!
Bad App
This app picks and chooses when it wants to work. One proof will open just fine and the next will require me to sign in and then not accept my credentials. It’s pointless to use this on anything other than on desktop.
Always crashes
The app can’t stay open for more than just a few seconds. I use the Proof app by going through the main Workfront app, and as soon as it opens the Proof app, it starts to glitch out and then crash after just a few seconds. It used to work just fine for me; then they released an update that just made everything awful.

The app has a lot of potential, however it crashes frequently and navigation is dismal compared to the desktop app.

Would love to be able to use this tool but unfortunately it crashes upon opening even a single page document.

I can’t even speak to the experience of using the app because it crashes every single time I try to open a proof. So useless. Absolutely insane that the only way to review proofs is on a computer because this app doesn’t work and it won’t allow you to review on a mobile browser.
