Workheld Flow 10.3 Release 10.3 brings new features and improvements for working on the go: - Automatic Check-In/Check-Out sync: While you're online, Check-In and Check-Out are transmitted automatically right after you start or complete a work step – no manual sync needed. Coordinators see the status of the work in real time. Offline events are queued and sent with the next sync. - Separate tabs for your work: The work list is now split into “Projects & Cases” and “Standing Orders”, making navigation much clearer. - New filters in the order list: Filter your orders by customer, equipment, operating status and category – reliable even offline, as everything works locally on your device. - Location filter in equipment search: When creating a maintenance notification, filter the equipment search by location (customer). The customer name is now shown in the results, so it's easier to pick the right equipment. - Work step context in entry forms: When filling out a checklist or time entry, you can now see which work step the entry belongs to. - Clearer team display: Team members removed from a work step by a coordinator are now marked grey as inactive and moved down the list after the next sync. - PDF reports: For entries and checklists, reports can now show the work order in addition to the work step – a clearer overview for reports that span multiple work orders.
