Workhive is the companion app for teams using Workhive on the web. Manage your business inbox, place and receive VoIP calls on your organization’s phone numbers, review call history, and stay on top of meetings and leads—built for iPhone with CallKit so calls feel native. VOICE CALLING (VoIP) • Make and receive business calls using numbers assigned to your organization • Incoming calls with CallKit (lock screen, Recents, system call UI) • Works in the background; VoIP push helps deliver incoming calls when the app isn’t open • Microphone access is used only for live calls INBOX & MESSAGES • Threaded conversations tied to your Workhive inbox • Stay aligned with what your team sees on the web app • Shared inboxes / phone numbers CALLS & CONTEXT • Call history and detail views • When your organization has it enabled, access call recordings, transcripts, and summaries provided by the service MEETINGS & LEADS • Quick access to meetings and lead workflows alongside communication ACCOUNT & ACCESS • Sign in with your Workhive account (Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple where configured) • Workhive is a team product: access depends on your organization’s plan and admin setup.
