Workhorse: Rental Team App

Workhorse is the team app for short-term rental hosts and the people who keep their homes guest-ready: cleaners, maintenance, and grounds crews. BOOKINGS BECOME JOBS Connect your Airbnb, VRBO or Booking.com calendar and every checkout becomes a cleaning job, with the window between guests. Last-minute booking? Your crew is asked right away. A FAIR JOB BOARD Cleaners pick the jobs that work for them, with daily limits you set, so nobody takes three cleans on a Sunday and every house gets a great clean. ON THE JOB • Check in at the house with one tap • Room-by-room checklists with photos • Can't finish until the checklist is done • Door codes show only on the day, only to the person doing the job • Report a repair, a lost item, or supplies running low in seconds GUESTS IN THE LOOP, NOT IN YOUR CREW'S PHONE A QR code by the door lets guests say "we've checked out", ask for a late checkout, or report a problem. Your cleaner hears about it; guests and cleaners never have to message each other. FOR THE OFFICE • Today board: every turnover, who's on it, and only what needs you • Alerts when a job isn't taken, someone hasn't shown up, or a house won't be ready • One shopping list for every house, grouped by store • Seasonal to-dos: mowing, leaves, gutters, furnace, AC, snow from the forecast • Damage-claim photo packs and lost & found • Hours, pay and quality reports IN YOUR CREW'S LANGUAGE English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Location is only checked while someone is on a job, never at other times. No ads, no tracking. Workhorse needs an account from your business. Your office sends the invite.
