Awesome until the latest ios update
Such an amazing app with no spam and great tracking features, I loved it, but the latest ios update (the ugly glass looking one) made the app no longer work. It displays the app icon but never opens up and eventually just crashes. A real shame, and I’m not sure it will ever get fixed.
Now unusable
I’ve used this app to track my workouts across iOS and Android. It’s recently stopped working; i’m unable to select any of my workouts as the screen is frozen after i click into one of my workout days. Would really like this to be fixed
All I ever needed
Simple, easy, to the point. Has a line graph to monitor your progress, has a great selection of workouts with good descriptions and visual aids, as well as links to YouTube searches about how to do them, in turn giving you a whole list of videos to choose from!
Oh yeah, did I mention: it’s free!
Oh yeah, did I mention: it’s free!
The only workout app I’ve ever liked
Have used for years and has been key to my success at the gym. Premium is worth it too
Most under rated app for logging workouts
It has its own problems but it is by far the most under rated app for logging lifts, other apps ask you to purchase their premium plan to see progress in your lifts like bench, ohp, dl but this app shows progress free and in more details. Using it for 2 years and still love it
Useful but flawed
Does what it’s supposed to, but awkward putting in exercises that don’t exist in their data base and WORST, if the app isn’t shut down each day it records the next day’s workout for the the previous day. Have to go in and manually change it. Doesn’t look like it will be updated anytime soon.
Best workout app
I’ve been using this app for years. Sometimes I’ll try a different one and get disappointed. I love that you can make your own workout. It’s great for home gyms but I used it at Anytime Fitness in the past.
Amazing but not supportive on Apple Watch
I love the app. Overall it’s amazing. You can time your workout and make your own personalised lists and workout plans.
The only issue I have with this app is that it’s not Apple Watch friendly. Meaning, the notifications while working out will not be shown on the watch. It’s would be amazing if they can work on it!

Amazing
Used this for a year. Still the easiest best cleanest app there is for tracking!
Once a King, now left to rot.
Great app when created and updated, however it hasn’t been updated for a number of years now. Still continue to use, as it’s simple with great functionality l, with minor bugs.
Seems pretty legit for being free
I was searching for a free app to assist me in the gym. Doing research I found WorkIt and looked more into it. I plan to use it for the first time tonight as I head back to the gym and will update my review after. For now, I really like the overall layout of the app and the different sections listed under exercises. Any area you’re looking to focus on will have several different exercises that you can incorporate into a routine. You can log the reps and amount of weight used. Then next is the info tab that gives you an animated example of how to perform the exercise, a description PLUS a YouTube video! The next tab is going to be my stats that will provide a graph once you have logged enough. The app has a PRO feature where you can track weight, progress graphs, and progress pics but that isn’t needed in my case as I use a food app that does all of that for free. I think over all this will be a game changer when it comes to hitting the gym.

Free
I like the app and considered paying for upgrades. They are cheap, but not worth it for me. I can’t even see the ads they the pro upgrade blocks.
Hidden Gem
Not a lot of people know about this app. I’ve used this app for years. It is a great tool for first timers and/or people who want simple logs of their progress. This app does have a premium but does not try to force it upon users in any shape or form. And even better, the app does have ads, but in the smallest form possible, with no pop ups. All in all, great app!

Almost 5 stars but a couple things I’d change
I’ve been using this app for years now and love it. Two things I’ve come across in that time frame that I wish were different:
1. When looking at the calendar for past workout history it lists all the exercises completed in reverse order that they were completed. It would be nice if in the workout history when I click on a day the exercises were listed in the same order they were completed.
2. I wish there was a way to share workout results from the workout history.
All in all love the app and don’t see myself switching. No fluff, just a good workout tracker that’s easy to use, thanks!

Go to App without a cost
I am using free version, find very convenient, pretty much covers all kind of gym workout with picture, you can also add you own exercise. Only draw back is you can’t syn the previous work out log. Otherwise Go to app. Thanks
Perfect for what I need
Minimalist, free, great for tracking, and just what I need. I don’t want a confusing GUI with a paywall, which is exactly what this app doesn’t have! Great if you just want a simple way to track your workouts.
The app keeps stopping my music.
It’s a great app, but uesless if you listen to music while you work out.
Don't mess up!
Wrote out my whole week workout regiment including workouts not listed on my computer, doesn't sync with apple like it said it does so it was a complete waste of time. If it doesn't do something this basic I'm sure a lot of other basic tech issues are there too.
Ok app but messes with podcasts
The app is simple and straightforward. However, when I open the app or do anything in the app it stops my podcast (standard iPhone podcast app, iPhone 13) .
Also it would be nice if the standard screen for exercises can be adapted to the exercise. Eg for planks I still get to fill in nr reps and weight. Would be nice if this has time instead of reps,
