Unable to contact to server Error 500
This app was working on 8/10 and hasn’t since. Company yas resent password multiple times still receiving the same error message. iPhone SE

Can we get our daily FULL shift shown in notification and not just start time OR have our it easily accessible without logging in OR a widget OR watch app.

Difficulty using
Since 2 updates ago, I was not able to see my time off balance or request paid time off. Since then I can now see my time off balance but still cannot request paid time off well in advance. I keep getting an error message that I’m not within the week of requesting time off. Which moves by one day everyday I try to request time off. It’s very frustrating and needs fixed.

Pos never loads
Trusting you want to get fired. First of all this thing never opens correctly. Even when you go through the authentication app about 20% of the time, does it load back into this app.
Second, whatever they did with this update looked at my schedule. I wasn’t scheduled for two weeks. I wasn’t on the schedule. Nothing populated, well guess what? Open it today and it shows that I was scheduled to work two days ago! Not really sure how I’m gonna broach that until my boss. I bet you all my coworkers were left in the lurch kind of sucks.

So there is this issue for after a certain period of time you are automatically sign out of work jam, not everyone likes that if it can be changed and there is this issue to of, when a change is made on your schedule you receive a notification but u can find where the change was made can something be done about that.

The only issue I have with the app is why do I always need to sign in if I have the app on my phone. It gives me the option to stay signed in but kicks me out after a 24 hour period
Glitch
This app is absolutely user friendly and would love to give it 5 stars, but since the last update, It doesn’t give me my time off balance, it will not let me request any paid time off. I’ve contacted my IT department and they say it is a glitch on your end.

Literally have to sign in every single time to use the app or view a notification. Gets really old fast.
the worst app ever
This app honestly is terrible. All it does it glitch and crashes constantly. Ive been trying to get my paystubs all day today and I still have not been able to access them because the “mykiosk” server refuses to load. I think any company looking at this app should run the other way. It’s so frustrating for employees to work with. This app deserves 0 stars honestly.

new bug??
normally have no issues with the app but for 2 days now me and my coworker’s names all read as “migrated migrated.” looking at the daily shift details, i couldn’t even tell who was who unless they had a profile picture. starting today, my schedule for the next two weeks has now been deleted. please fix this!

Sometimes there are few bugs but really a very good app , I live this app , transition to UKG pro is the worst decision Woolies had made !!
Glitch
This app is absolutely user friendly and would love to give it 5 stars, but since the last update, not all my information has come through. I’m not sure if that is an app thing or if that is a corporate thing on my end.
Workjam Sign In
I am employed at a business that uses Workjam for things employees need. I have consistently gotten an error message when attempting to sign in. I changed my browser settings and made another attempt to sign in which was another failed attempt. I have repeatedly requested assistance with the app and have gotten nowhere. The app is not user friendly on Apple products.
