Glitch
This app is absolutely user friendly and would love to give it 5 stars, but since the last update, It doesn’t give me my time off balance, it will not let me request any paid time off. I’ve contacted my IT department and they say it is a glitch on your end.

Literally have to sign in every single time to use the app or view a notification. Gets really old fast.
the worst app ever
This app honestly is terrible. All it does it glitch and crashes constantly. Ive been trying to get my paystubs all day today and I still have not been able to access them because the “mykiosk” server refuses to load. I think any company looking at this app should run the other way. It’s so frustrating for employees to work with. This app deserves 0 stars honestly.

new bug??
normally have no issues with the app but for 2 days now me and my coworker’s names all read as “migrated migrated.” looking at the daily shift details, i couldn’t even tell who was who unless they had a profile picture. starting today, my schedule for the next two weeks has now been deleted. please fix this!

Sometimes there are few bugs but really a very good app , I live this app , transition to UKG pro is the worst decision Woolies had made !!

Workjam Sign In
I am employed at a business that uses Workjam for things employees need. I have consistently gotten an error message when attempting to sign in. I changed my browser settings and made another attempt to sign in which was another failed attempt. I have repeatedly requested assistance with the app and have gotten nowhere. The app is not user friendly on Apple products.

How does this have such good reviews?
I don’t usually leave reviews but I have to make an exception. This is easily one of the worst apps I’ve been forced to use by my workplace. When it isn’t constantly kicking users out, failing to show notifications or having some error that renders it useless, it works okay. The schedule viewing setup is good, the work chat is fine though I do think the newest UI is quite ugly. Though I was driven to write this review because yesterday I changed my password because this app has a habit of kicking users out every two months, causing us to have to go to our workplace and change our password on one of the computers there. I did so yesterday, and despite the employee application kiosk changing my password successfully, this app STILL is giving me an “exceeds login time limit” error. And I can’t change my password outside of my workplace because of another “error”. This is probably the worst way to secure login information that I’ve ever seen, and I’ve had to deal with Duo Mobile.

I can even get to the employee kiosk. I deleted app plus cache redownloaded and still won’t open my work kiosk anyone else like that
Downgrade app
18 June, the app hangs every single time, make more steps than usual just to do 1 function. This is 2010, not 2026
Horrible
The previous version of the app wasn’t all that great to begin with. But it was usable. The new update is the worst. Even the most simple things are impossible now. The new time card system is trash. Please fix it!
New update
The new update doesnt allow managers to check time cards or how many hours a employee is doing in a week. Also, says access denied while checking timecards for employees who work cross stores.
