Express Pay Issues
My Express Pay just disappeared after their last update for some reason very inconvenient not knowing when ot why this would happen. I didn’t get any notification about why or nothing so I’ve been spending weeks calling and submitting support tickets and still no response. It’s a bad support system behind this app.

Bad update
Ever since the update I can’t log in. Keeps telling me “Error, missing value”. Please fix this!

It always logs me out and it’s so difficult to log back in

App refused to log me into my shift and kept giving me an error message. Fix this now.
Great App
I’ve used this app within my work and since a year nearly of using it I have found it has improved very much there are some tweaks that could do with looking at but other then that it works fine.
Never miss my work
Absolutely love workjam i never miss my work and fun to look at to see who’s your coworkers what’s name faces like when you work or training them
Logs me out
This app is good but it logs me out all the time so I have to log in every time it’s very annoying
Very helpful
The Work Jam app is much easier than calling the store and asking someone or manager to let me know what my schedule is for the next week. Using the WJ app on my cellphone is awesome and easy to navigate.

Why I gotta be at the store that I work at just to update my phone number via text so I can just get a verification code
Cocktail Server
The public property map is excellent. A similar interactive internal map (3D or walk-through preferred) under one tab would greatly help the team. It could show key offices and hours for example HR, Security, Lost & Found, F&B offices, training rooms, floral, warehouse, food courts, casino bar service points, parking garage, underground links, and new F1 paths. Physical signs are easy to miss, and new or on-call staff often get turned around. A phone-based map would make navigation much more efficient.

Unable to contact to server Error 500
This app was working on 8/10 and hasn’t since. Company yas resent password multiple times still receiving the same error message. iPhone SE
Push notifications
Can we get our daily FULL shift shown in notification and not just start time OR have our it easily accessible without logging in OR a widget OR watch app.

Difficulty using
Since 2 updates ago, I was not able to see my time off balance or request paid time off. Since then I can now see my time off balance but still cannot request paid time off well in advance. I keep getting an error message that I’m not within the week of requesting time off. Which moves by one day everyday I try to request time off. It’s very frustrating and needs fixed.

Pos never loads
Trusting you want to get fired. First of all this thing never opens correctly. Even when you go through the authentication app about 20% of the time, does it load back into this app.
Second, whatever they did with this update looked at my schedule. I wasn’t scheduled for two weeks. I wasn’t on the schedule. Nothing populated, well guess what? Open it today and it shows that I was scheduled to work two days ago! Not really sure how I’m gonna broach that until my boss. I bet you all my coworkers were left in the lurch kind of sucks.

So there is this issue for after a certain period of time you are automatically sign out of work jam, not everyone likes that if it can be changed and there is this issue to of, when a change is made on your schedule you receive a notification but u can find where the change was made can something be done about that.
