Needs Improvment.

The app feels outdated, as if it hasn’t been updated in a decade. Several issues significantly hinder its functionality. Notifications don’t work as expected they neither beep nor vibrate, despite being properly configured, which means I have to constantly check my phone for updates. Additionally, the app is still not compatible with the Apple Watch, which is a major limitation. What’s most frustrating is that I’ve seen complaints about these same issues dating back four years, and as of October 2024, no improvements have been made. The app is long overdue for serious updates.

Doesn't open on IPhone 12 Pro Max with latest IOS updates, and somehow it just happened before personal tax deadline on Oct 15th. So now I am stuck using my browser for finishing up my taxes and have to stupid things to sign up the documents. very annoying
