Не работает форма регистрации

Скачать приложение можно, но после этого требуется отправить заявку на какое-то сотрудничество.Но даже эта форма не работает и не дает возможности зарегистрироваться👎👎👎

Не смогла, к сожалению даже посмотреть функционал, тк доступ к приложению через разработчиков и платный.
Не очень удобно, можно сделать хотя бы бесплатный период чтобы понять подходит такое для работы или нет.

Хотя думаю что все продуманно, но с «недоговорок» начинать не хочется.
