WorkMoniQ is the employee app for teams that work away from a desk. Check in when you reach a site, let the app keep the record while you work, and check out when you are done. Everything else your workplace needs from you - leave, attendance, payslips, contracts - lives in the same place. WorkMoniQ is used by companies that have set up a WorkMoniQ workspace. You sign in with the account your employer gives you. FIELD VISITS AND CHECK-IN - See the visits assigned to you and pick the one you are starting. - Check in on arrival and check out when you finish. Your working time is recorded for you. - A map shows the site and its boundary, so you know whether you are inside it before you try to check in. - Your admin is notified automatically when you arrive at or leave a site. - A timeline of the day shows each visit, with total hours, first check-in and last check-out. LOCATION, AND WHEN IT IS USED Location is recorded only between check-in and check-out. Tracking continues while the app is in the background so you can lock your phone and get on with the job, and it stops the moment you check out. Nothing is recorded when you are checked out or when the app is closed. ATTENDANCE AND CALENDAR - A monthly calendar of holidays, company events, approved leave and meetings. - An agenda beneath the calendar lists everything in the month at a glance, and a meeting with a link can be joined in one tap. - Attendance history with worked hours, late marks and absences. - Public holidays and your company's weekend days are shown correctly, whatever days your company treats as the weekend. LEAVE - Request full-day or half-day leave and watch its approval status. - Cancel a request you no longer need. - Your remaining balance is shown for each leave type. - Company holidays are listed alongside, so you can plan around them. PAY - Payslips for every approved pay run, with a full breakdown: basic pay, allowances, overtime, bonuses, deductions, statutory contributions and tax. - A year-to-date summary. - A tax view showing your estimated annual tax, how it is calculated, and where you could still make savings. ASSETS AND CONTRACTS - The company equipment currently assigned to you, with return dates and clear warnings when something is due back or overdue. - Your employment contracts, their type, term and working conditions. - When a contract needs your signature, sign it and upload the signed copy straight from the app. NOTIFICATIONS Push notifications for leave decisions, new field visit assignments, and site arrival and departure. An unread badge keeps count. BUILT FOR HOW YOUR COMPANY WORKS - Bikram Sambat and Gregorian calendars are both supported. Dates appear in whichever one your company uses. - 12-hour or 24-hour time, following the company setting. - Any weekend configuration, not just Saturday and Sunday. SECURITY Sign in with Face ID or Touch ID. Check-in and check-out are confirmed with the same, so an attendance record can only be created by you, on your own registered device. Requires an account provided by your employer. WorkMoniQ cannot be used without one.
