Програма досить непогана але не знайшов як відключити музику, щоб можна було тренуватися увімкнувши свою музику в іншій програмі

So glad I found the app! I’m a 63 year old guy with no health issues, bad back, knees, etc. Not really in “bad” shape, but really wanted to improve my fitness level. The app have been an awesome source of inspiration for me, as well as my 22 year old son. We have been working out to your workouts for a week now. Great progress. Feeling stronger and very motivated to improve our overall health

After not working out for 2 years I’ve been getting back into things the last 2 weeks. The easier this routine gets the more I know I’m improving. First time I was able to do the whole thing with no extra breaks today!

"Been doing this for 2 weeks, a few times a week. When I started, I kid you not, I couldn’t even do 3 push-ups 😆. I’m up to 20 now and can totally see results. I’ve also incorporated other dumbbell routine right after. HUGE thank you for the app. It really is helping and it truly is like having my own personal trainer

Hab es heute zum ersten mal gemacht. Hab extreme Rückenprobleme, Hohlkreuz, Schmerzen, alles verspannt und danach hab ich mich so gut gefühlt als könnte mein Rücken sich wieder selbst tragen 😍
