Versatile App

This has been a great app for me. Very basic, but versatile. I can create my own workouts without being locked into things like other apps. I loved when they finally updated to allow push notifications. One thing it could still use is an incremental setting to allow me to have a number of reps to start with for an exercise, then set it to automatically increase the reps a certain amount each time I complete it. Say I’m doing push-ups, it would be nice to set the workout to 20, and then each time I complete that it could add 2 to go to 22, then 24, and so on.

Wish you could edit

I like that I can create my own workouts but if I accidentally mark something as complete I haven’t figured out how to edit it to show back up in my queue. Would be nice if there was more flexibility to edit.

Great flexibility- convenient

I really enjoy this planner. Unlike other apps. I can create my own workout without having to select a Pre-programmed Lift. It’s free and able to create my own sets, reps, weekly times, as well as have a screen checklist. Love the mobility of the app. Not for people who wanted to be handed workouts through an app. More personal creativity.

Just what I Wanted

This app is just what I was looking for; something where I could build my own workout, and it would remind me and show me what’s next.
My only disappointment is that I’d like the notifications to include badges so the icon will indicate I’ve missed a workout.

Don’t Download

This app constantly crashes while creating your workout. By doing this, it deletes the workouts you have and requires you to restart. It’s a great idea with an even better layout but this bug kills it.
